Lauren Conrad Makes a Graphic Splash

Lauren Conrad (in Haute Hippie) promotes Sony and Microsoft’s ‘My Graphic Splash’ PC Event in NYC on Monday, announcing the competition winner that challenged consumers to create designs for the lids of a new line of VAIO Graphic Splash notebooks.

The 22-year-old Hills star, who finished off her look with strappy YSL platform sandals, recently told ET about her designing a dress for the Emmys. “The fact that I get to go and present and they’re giving me the opportunity to do the dress, it’s huge,” she said.

Lauren described the gown she designed for the girls handing out the trophies. “I did green because green [is the] theme for the Emmys this year,” she said.

Conrad also designed the dress she will be wearing to the awards show and says it is very similar to the dress she designed for the statuette presenters.
