Spencer Pratt Gets First Manly Manicure

Heidi Montag takes longtime boyfriend Spencer Pratt for his first manicure and pedicure in Los Angeles on Thursday.
The Hills‘ most-hated couple looked happy and relaxed as they indulged in a day’s worth of pampering.
On Tuesday, Speidi visited the Children’s Hospital of Orange County (CHOC) where Ryan Seacrest broadcasted his live radio show. The couple took a tour of some of the childrens’ wards at the hospital and met some of the kids.

I know I’m commenting twice…but I had to….it sickens me that these two cun*ts do everything for cameras even visit sick dying people in the hospital is a specticle for them, that’s low, can’t they do anything without their paid paps being around … they need to get over themseleves and if not now …they need a reality check and have someone tell them they are not that amazing …actually not at all, a waste of oxygen really…. how can you hate them when they’re doing good by cheering up the kids at the children’s hospital. i think its nice they’re doing something positive with their celebrity.
