Nicole Kidman Plays Ivanov
Nicole Kidman and country superstar husband Keith Urban catch the play Ivanov at London’s Wyndhams Theatre on Saturday.
The play is by Anton Chekov in a new version by Tom Stoppard. Kenneth Branagh plays the title role in Chekhov’s explosive portrait of a man plagued with self-doubt and despair which vividly captures the electrifying atmosphere of Russia on the brink of change.

Nice to see them making time for each other. Both are so busy. I thought it would be a slow down time now that they are a family of 3. Maybe after this current movie commitment is over for Nic.

my 2 cents, the only way they make time for each other is because Keith Urban has been putting his job on the back burner. His schedule isn’t as busy as you make think. He should be working on his new CD, but here he is in London.
Kelly, she’s been in London for more than 3 weeks already working on yet another movie. She went back to work 4 weeks after having the baby. This is Sunday Rose’s 2nd movie set and she’s not even 3 months old yet.

I am a fan of both, and i’m glad to see them spending some time together,A baby with 2 months needs a lot of time and it’s great they have same free time to go to an amazing play! i already saw it in Russia, of course the actors were not the same, but the play is very good!

Kat first of all Keith can perfectly work on his new CD in every place of the world, he knows how to do it better than both of us. Second Sunday is on her first real set because Nicole only staied 10 days in reshoots for Australia….Nicole is a professional, she is an actress, why would you suggest?she left her work for what?women can perfectly do both things, and she has a small role in Nine…as you can saw here in JJ she has having many free time to be with her daugther around London…

Kat, there are recording studios in London! Keith has already said during his time off he will be in the studio finishing his CD! Keith has not put his career on the backburner. He has a brand new single with Brad Paisley that was just released and is getting great reviews! Keith could have finished his CD while Nicole was pregnant seeing that she was not working from January through August. Keith wants to take his time and not rush this CD. They look really happy. I can’t wait to see little Sunday.
I need to see that play too, but when it comes to NY.lol

#6 Joe, I’m no conspiracy theorist, but I think you’re right. I don’t think she gave birth either. OK, she carried small, but her boobs didn’t grow either. I don’t care how naturally thin someone is, but there is no way the human body can bounce back that quickly after giving birth. Also, new mothers don’t have time to go to a play because their bound to the babies feeding schedule. You’ve got to stay close to the baby when you’re breast feeding. OK, maybe she pumped before leaving the house, but then the timing is wacky because newborns are feeding like every couple of hours. I think her baby is formula feed. I don’t think Nicole was pregnant either. I just don’t understand why the big coverup. It ain’t Roswell. Lots of people hire surrogates.
Kidman never worked with Tom Stoppard, #15. And Stoppard only wrote Shakespeare in Love. He never directed it.
If she did use a surrogate, it’s no one’s business but the parents, #49. Not being able to give birth is a very demoralizing thing for a woman and not something that she’d want to share with the world.

You are of course entitled to your opinion, BUT, Sunday is able to be on set all day. Almost all women who work either because they want to or have to go back to work at six weeks. Most of us don’t have her money or onsite daycare in our very own trailer. There is nothing wrong with her working. She doesn’t have the lead in Nine. She is able to keep the baby with her on set. I would say she has the best of both worlds. Getting paid a lot of money for doing something she loves and having her baby with her.

It’s amazing how some people on here think they know everything about Urban’s schedule and put down others for saying what is fact. Fact - Urban’s tour was over - well before Sunny was born. Fact - Urban has been opening for Kenny Chesney, but only doing a show once in every week or two. Fact - other than an upcoming performance later this month at the GOO, Urban doesn’t have any more shows scheduled. Fact - Sunny was on the set of Australia - she was even photographed in the sling on the set. Fact - Kidman returned to work four weeks after giving birth. Fact - once again, Kidman doesn’t have Isabella and Connor with her.
Keith has been to my area in concert 5 times within the past 10 months. Once by himself, 3 shows with Carrie Underwood and once with Kenny! Kenny Chesney by the way had just come off a 6 month break when his tour started. I didn’t realize that Keith was expected to do 364 concert dates a year.
Keith Urban has only had two good songs since he met kidman Stupid boy andmaking momories of us I’ve been to a couple of his concerts and he can’t hit a high note any more it sounds like he has something wrong with his throut

I love Nicole and Keith, and I’m happy for them that they CAN get out and do things………Silly comments are just that….and jealousy!……She is one of the lucky ones, as DANCER said, to be able to keep her baby with her………..I wish more companies would have on-site child care, because they may see a rise in productivity and a decrease in absentee’s…………….I have heard about some of the large car manufacturing companies, that not only do they on-site care, but security camera’s in all the rooms, where you can key in a code on YOUR computer and see what your child is doing…..Even on the playground………One company, even has a ” chicken soup room”, where you can bring a sick child, and they will be isolated in a different room with an L.P.N……….And given exceptional care!!!…..I know that celebrities do not have these worries, but Nicole is doing an awesome job with Sunday Rose, AND Bella and Connor…Whom she NOT desert, as she has said hundred’s of times….And a surrogate woman having Sunday Rose?…..That is ridiculous!….we all have seen pictures of her in thin clothing ( tops and dresses ), with a well defined pregnant belly……SHE HAD her tiny one.

To the first poster….They are a family of 5 or did you forget (as sometimes I think Nicole does) that she has 2 other kids. Has she spend any time with these kids since she gave birth to Sunday. Seems she went from Kentucky to her home country for her other relatives to see the baby but nothing about her two other kids in CA.
Heck Tom is in NY pretending to be a father of one and Nicole is pretending to be a mother of one in London. I feel sorry for those two kids.

Unfortunately for Nicole Bella and Connor of the age when Scientology does intensive brainwashing…or if you prefer training. They probably can’t leave prison too often. Especially since Nicole is a non-believer. She, Nicole is very careful, in case you haven’t noticed never to say anything negative about Scientology. The closest she has come was a few months ago when she said something like “…don’t get me started.” She obviously loves her son and older daughter. She just glows when she talks about them. AND you don’t know that she hasn’t seen them lately. She is extremely private when it comes to her kids and protects them like a tigress. She would never have created the spectacle Tom did when he went to their soccer games. She will most likely guard Sunday Rose’s privacy just as vigilantly.
And if you criticize Nicole than you should be criticizing Katie. Tom has primary custody at the moment and Katie made a big deal about them calling her “mom”–so where the hell has she been in their lives–and for that matter it appears she hasn’t seen much of Suri either since rehearsals ramped up.

I haven’t forgotten about Nicole’s first two children and she hasn’t either.

I would think Nicole would love to see her other 2 children as much as she can but I’m guessing Tommy will not allow it. . Why aren’t they at the opening of Katie’s play?
