OlderGwyneth Paltrow Gets GOOP-y
Gwyneth Paltrow has launched her very own lifestyle website called GOOP.com.
Here’s how the the 35-year-old actress describes the site: “[GOOP.com is] a collection of experiences [of] what makes life good. My life is good because I am not passive about it. I want to nourish what is real, and I want to do it without wasting time. I love to travel, to cook, to eat, to take care of my body and mind, to work hard. I love being a mother who has to overcome my bad qualities to be a good mother. I love being in spaces that are clean and nice.”
She continues, “Make your life good. Invest in what’s real,” Paltrow writes. “Cook a meal for someone you love. Pause before reacting. Clean out your space. Read something beautiful. Treat yourself to something. Go to a city you’ve never been to. Learn something new. Don’t be lazy. Workout and stick with it. GOOP. Make it great.”

Never did like her much-she lives in a fantasy world. Money gives people like this all the time in the world to explore fun things. I suspect Heaven will be like this. Unfortunately the have-nots will have to wait. Gwenyth could possible take her time and money and cook for the less fortunate in 3rd world countries-invest her money in others who are not LAZY but were also fortunate to have her millions. Try it sometime–help others, be an ambassador Gwen. Don’t flaunt your shallowness — you are so typical of Hollywood. It is the quick and easy money and lack of genuine talent–that is Hollywood.
I agree with you Suzie. In your typing you meant to say those “less” fortunate to have her millions. Yea, these people have too much time and money and no good sense of what is going on in the world. She has to be on drugs that put her in a la la la la world.

Sure,Gweneth was born with a silver spoon in her mouth.That doesn’t mean that people not born with that can’t succeed in life.Some people wanna complain that they can’t get this or that.Soooo pathetic.Get over yourselves,it’s such a waste of time and sooo bad for yourself,all that stress.Why not just be happy for other people and stop getting jealous.What my boyfriend says when people complain about their jobs that they don’t have a great one,and they don’t make enough money…everyone has the same opportunity when it comes to education and lifestyle.If you wanted to become an engineer,than go to school,make more money like everyone else,instead of complaining that you are working at mcdonalds and don’t have enough money,blah,blah,blah!!!No wonder our world is in chaos because everyone just wants to be negative to each other.Maybe the negative people should try GOOP!!!
I checked out the goop, she thinks us poor people would like to do all the things that she does,if I had the money I would be doing my own thing , so what’s it for, herself, to make herself think her life is fabulous.
I forgot to mention, with all her education, training and money, I believe the name goop itself is disturbing.
I appreciate Gwyneth’s website. Granted I don’t have nearly the monetary resources she has but I try to live a positive life even if I don’t always succeed, which is what I figure is her goal too. I will continue to check out her articles and maybe be inspired to try some of the things in them. Cooking a meal, exercising or appreciating my family are all simple things to do.
It’s a shame how people can be so negative. Maybe it makes them feel better about themselves if they can put someone else down.
Keep at it Gwyneth!
Gwyneth is my hero! The stuff she recommends is quality stuff and not the cheap crap often found in lifestyle magazines. Why are there so many people who feel threatened by people with taste? She’s not making her money off of wild antics or being known as a Brad Pitt cast off (she dated him once but do you see her crying about it years later?). She’s classy, a great actress, and a role model. Go Gwen!
She’s brilliant! That detox gave me new recipes, I lost weight and learned a bit. But the real stuff was on mothering - made me feel 110% better right away. Basic, easy to read and funny - good humor goes a long way these days. I don’t care where she gets the info or how she picks the pros - its all top notch, high-end, down to earth stuff. I’d invest in her..that would be one stock in this **** market worth watching. The rest of you our boring…and probably ugly inside and out.
Gwyneth, i dont know if you read this stuff ( i hope not) But ( if you do read this) i realy do like your site. I normaly dont react on forums like this, but i am amazed about the fustration of some people.
Anywaayyyy…i have cooked some of the things that were on GOOP (make) and i loved it. I also like te filosofy about some thing to look at different in life
and thanks for the adresses of the restaurants.

People that are anoyed by her, here’s something…dont go to her site ok. Let her do her thing, and you do yours. And….nooooo… you dont have to eat at a sjiek restaurant if you cant,. You van also make her chiken and patatos ( verry cheap) and eat it as a picknik at the park.
For the people who hate Gwyneth… i dislike jeaulous people.
