Shanna Moakler: Devasted But Lifting Travis’s Spirits
Shanna Moakler is seen crying after visiting ex-husband, former Blink 182 drummer Travis Barker at the Joseph M. Still Burn Center in Augusta, Georgia on Monday.
On Friday, Travis was involved in a plane crash that left him and pal D.J. AM badly burned and killed four others.
“[Shanna's] there trying to lift his spirits,” a source close to Moakler tells People. “She’s there for him and will be there for him as long as it takes. She loves him… When she got the call, she was in shock. She was very upset. It was devastating for her. But she knew she had to keep it together for Travis, her kids and her family.”

Jared take the pictures down.
First Amendment states the freedom of the press.
A hospital is a public domain, and therefore, they can take photos.
But it’s a sad moment for her and her family and his family, and it’s all about taste. And this is distasteful.
But you know what? The same thing happened to Britney and no one was yelling to take any of the photos of her crying or going into the hospital down.
This is disgusting, have you no decency justjared? I am never visiting your site again. This seriously crosses the line.
Take this down, it’s inappropriate.
For those of you commenting that Jared should take down the pictures… you are looking at a website that follows the lives of famous people. You look at what they wear, what they eat, who they kiss, where they go, what they drive… you are already contributing to the invasion of privacy, so get over your sudden morals. Don’t like invading privacy???? Don’t go to these websites.

Most hospitals have strict policies prohibiting pro-photographers from shooting on property without prior consent & supervision. This is to protect patient rights.

I love Travis Barker ! He is an awesome father who took in Atiana as his own! He’s a great person! Im so shocked about this accident. May god be at his side. My prayers go out to all the families of the crash. RIP for the 4 victims that died in the crash and for their family members.

What’s even sadder, and just plain disgusting, is that there are paps out there making money by taking pictures of this woman while she’s grieving. Ich.
I’m with everyone who thinks these pictures are in really poor taste. No one wants to see the pain on this girl’s face and invade her privacy at that moment.
So sad. My heart and prayers go out to these guys!!

i agree with people above… it disgusts me that personal moments like this that deal with tragedy and heartbreak seem to be gossip news… leave the poor woman alone…
My friend was badly burned and looking at that picture brought back those horrible memories. I was clueless as to what to expect. Didn’t understand why I had to cover myself etc. Once I walked in that room it took all my strength not to lose it. The morphine drip helped her deal with the pain but…she was in the same hospital as the people who were burned in the Seton Hall fire. Very sad. It’s a long hard recovery period.
YOU ARE DISGUSTING FOR SHOWING THESE PICTURES!! MY Gosh her Husband (even if he is ex) and the father of her children almost DIED!! It is going to be a long road to recovery I am sure. You are just beyond low to accept these pics from what ever low life piece of pond scum sold them to you… and then you are lower than them to POST there during such a horrific time in their life. DO YOU HAVE A CONSCIENCE?? HOW ABOUT A SOUL? I hope you never have this happen to someone you love only to have your pictures of your devastation shared to the whole world!! But who would care about you!!
