Shanna Moakler: Devasted But Lifting Travis’s Spirits
Shanna Moakler is seen crying after visiting ex-husband, former Blink 182 drummer Travis Barker at the Joseph M. Still Burn Center in Augusta, Georgia on Monday.
On Friday, Travis was involved in a plane crash that left him and pal D.J. AM badly burned and killed four others.
“[Shanna's] there trying to lift his spirits,” a source close to Moakler tells People. “She’s there for him and will be there for him as long as it takes. She loves him… When she got the call, she was in shock. She was very upset. It was devastating for her. But she knew she had to keep it together for Travis, her kids and her family.”

All the Constitution waving people please sit down. No one said anything about not having the right to publish pictures or whatever. Just because it is legal, does it make it right?????
I just think that Jared could have passed on this set of photos. Maybe used the space for well wishes to those in the hospital, and condol. to those that lost their lives in this event.
Not to mention the new life that was born just hours after their father died.
Yes, yes, yes………………we live in America, and anyone has the right to take a picture in a public place, yes, yes, yes.

Totally an invasion of privacy. Taking these pictures down would be the honorable thing to do.
I think jared posting those pics are horrible. And this is absolutely not the same as posting pictures of brit and lilo. First, those girls court the paps. Pics of brit in her backyard isn’t right either. Lilo getting tanked in a bar is fair game, she created that crappy situation. But jared is actually profitting off of this devastating tragedy, most hits to his site. Let Travis,Adam, and their families and friends heal and grieve in privacy. Respect their privacy, where is your humanity and compassion. Its kinda like kicking travis and his family when they are already down. Let them chose when to make this very private matter viewed by the public,if they ever do. Don’t force them. I for one am never visiting this site, even if the decision to take down those photos. There is nothing news worthy in posting those photos. And a line of integrity has definetly been crossed. We all are human and know this is absolutely devastating. Jared, your judgement on this matter is disgusting!! TAKE EM DOWN!
Take the pictures down. I cringed when I saw these. Any one with a heart knows that these are so wrong.

You know…so many gossip site rip on Shanna, but it’s obvious the she and Travis have a bond, and can’t live without each other. She must really love him. I hope that after he heals from this tragedy, they both realize what is truly important in life, and make it work…for good. They have such a beautiful family. God Bless Travis, DJ AM…my prayers go out to them, and the families of those who died.
I do agree Jared….these pictures should be removed…it’s a very upsetting, personal time for the family. Let’s be a little more respectful please.

Now I am affirmed, the papps are heartless ********! Shanna is obviously upset and these pricks are snapping pictures of her crying.
I do hope for a fast recovery for Travis and DJ AM. My sister was badly burned in a fire when she was 18 months old and she is 27 now, she still has some scarring from the fire. I know that it was painful for my sister so I pray for Travis and Adam during this horrible time.
RIP to those that lost their lives in the crash. Travis’ assistant is actually from my hometown, they did a whole story on the news about him. Really heartbreaking stuff.

Shanna looks so sad, he must be doing not very good, i hope he gets better.
