Penn Badgley is Living Lively

Gossip Girl stars Blake Lively and Penn Badgley head to the their set in New York City on Tuesday.

Penn, 21, reportedly was a good Samaritan on-set as he helped open a door when a lady came in her apartment pushing a baby on a stroller. What a gentleman!

Since when is opening a door for a woman an act of a good Samaritan? That’s just common courtesy. Good for him for being polite, but I wouldn’t call it being a good Samaritan.

blake is SOOOOOOOOOOOO gorgeous gah i cant fully like her i am that jealous lmfao :|. penn is okay though i think blake and chace look better together
