Taylor Momsen Takes On Opera
Gossip Girl sweetheart Taylor Momsen successfully busts out a new look at the Metropolitan Opera’s 125th season opening night gala at the Lincoln Center Plaza on Monday in New York City.
The 15-year-old actress looked glamorous from head to toe in a sweeping red Marchesa gown with tiered ruffles. Earlier in the day, Taylor was seen looking much edgier in casual wear–leather vest, rolled-up denim shorts and ankle booties. She sipped on some Red Bull and also munched on a muffin while strolling through the SoHo neighborhood of NYC.

if you have watch the earlier shows of gossip girl she was always thin but she is getting horrifyingly skinny.
it’s looks like she’s developing an eating disorder, it’s pretty sad. when u can see the lines of someone’s tendons in their arms and it looks all stringy rather than healthy it’s always such a giveaway.
I agree with #51 the first episodes of gossip girl she look just fine more like her age at least and pretty! no she looks anything but pretty!

As someone who’s suffered from anorexia, I can pick out some really alarming things in this picture. The dress is a bit low cut, but I can understand being propelled a little further into maturity by her involvement on the show. But those severely protruding collarbones and stick-legs are not natural, even if she is, say, eating healthy foods and working out regularly. I’d noticed she was thin on the show, and getting thinner as it progresses, but these pictures are kinda shocking. It rmakes me so sad to see this. I hope she finds her way.
I think Taylor should grow out her hair out. She looks prettier with longer hair I think.

Wow… that dress is gorgeous…!! I don’t understand how you can think she is dressing innapropriately… I see 12 year olds running around in mini skirts and belly tops, and you are calling this look trashy? Her parents probably think she looks gorgeous - because she does (although I am not too sure about the hair).
And for all you people saying she looks anorexic - no, she just looks healthy. Sorry to burst your bubble, but Americans are way too fat and have a skewed perception of body image. Just because the average weight of a woman is between 170-180 pounds does NOT mean it is healthy. Not obese does NOT equal anorexic.
