I can see two possibilities:

1) She leaves enough breast milk in bottles for the twins while she stays one day only in NYC.

2) She brings the twins and their nanny while Brad stays behind with the older kids. I don’t see both of them leaving the kids with the nannies — unless Bill and Jane Pitt are in Berlin with them. Any word on that, or are they back in the states yet?

Just because someone has locked many miles does NOT necessarily mean he/she have a good grasp of foreign policy.

What bothers me is that you’re using “just-got-her-passport-recently” as a benchmark to measure her foreign policy experience.

Living in a foreign country 24/7 for 365 days a much much better qualifier of *foreign experience” thank say, doing a touch and go then turn around and call thyslef having…foreign experience. Heck, even being born in another country living there for some time then move to another and living there too is way more better than the touch down and go.

Even if she pumps and leaves frozen milk, the twins may not be on the bottle yet. Sometimes breastfed babies refuse anything other than Momma. I think the twins and Brad will be with Angie. Who knows the whole family may roll together.

What is the flight time, 11-12 hours?

Trip how old are you? because if you’re older than Brad and Angie you will die waiting, or if you are younger than them then most likely you will witness them old and gray enjoying their GRANDCHILDREN together hand in hand. Angelina said ‘BRAD AND I INTEND TO GROW OLD TOGETHER’.

I realize that you are making a joke but you know nothing about Alaska. It is an incredibly complex state. It is huge - the size of one fifth of the entire lower 48 states. It has more coastline than the entire lower 48. It has varied and numerous Native Americans with their different cultural and spiritual practices and beliefs. Not unsimilar to that of the Native Hawaiians. People who mock those cultural differences are simply showing their ignorance and prejudices.

Alaska has a huge National Park presence (one park the size of Rhode Island) , incredible wildlife and environmental issues and management. Because of its geography and weather, it has to deal with the unique problems assocated with that. It’s huge wealth in natural resources brings with it numerous governmental oversight and management issues. It has active trading relations with numerous foreign countries.

Alaska’s national guard is unique in the US because it is on active status 24/7 due to Alaska’s geographical location and the role it plays in our national defense and homeland security. Alaska is the first line of defense in our missile interceptor defense system. The 49th Missile Defense Battalion of the Alaska National
Guard is the unit that protects the entire nation from ballistic
missile attacks. It’s on permanent active duty, unlike other Guard
units.

Ridiculing Plain because she is “just” a governor is ridiculous.

Bill Clinton was governor then became the president. He didn’t have foreign policy experience either when he was governor. If he can do the job, so does Sarah Palin. The only thing Obama is good at is talking, talking empty promises.

You can’t underestimate the benefits of being a ‘traveled’ person.
I would even go so far as to say that unless your foreign experience includes some plain old non-touristy type traveling your foreign experience is good as useless because without first hand experience of foreign culture you are just another big bull in a china shop. I traveled in many 3rd. world countries and I remember that all my expectations and all my fears were for the most part misplaced.
