Heidi Montag Gives Back

Heidi Montag and boyfriend Spencer Pratt spend the afternoon at The Mission in downtown Los Angeles helping to prepare and serve food to homeless people on Wednesday.

The pair were in Vegas over the weekend celebrating Heidi’s 22nd birthday at the Christian Audigier Nightclub inside Treasure Island Hotel and Casino.

I think it’s fake BECAUSE everytime they do these charity events, they always have their photography company on hand. If you’re going to help out people you should be humble about it and not have to take pictures and parade the pictures on the internet you know? Everything to them is for publicity.

Totally fake! If you are doing something out of the kindness of your heart you do not invite your own camera crew, simple as that. They disgust me for trying to use a charitable organization like this. So sad.

Why can’t these two do any charity work without being photographed? If you look in the background you will see people in hair nets… why is there hair not covered up? Its because these two are so FAKE and don’t really care about the homeless and are only there to smile for the cameras.

you know as much as i hate them who cares if they were doing this for publicity or not. they were helping out the needy regardless of what their motive was
