The Jonas Brothers are the Lucas Brothers
Joe Jonas and Kevin Jonas of the Jonas Brothers get some shopping done at the Studio City Mall in Studio City, Calif. on Thursday.
JoBros will being shooting their Disney Channel series starting on Monday according to Access Hollywood.
The series will be called Jonas, referring to the street they live on. The trio plays three brothers in a band known as the Lucas Brothers!
The “bonus” Jonas (Frankie) will be making recurring guest appearances.
The series is scheduled to debut next Spring. “It’s going to be a funny show and it’s going to be a great cast,” Joe said. “I’m really excited!”

i agree with sum peeps, they should just sing,not become male miley cyruses and i know its crazy but always in the back of my mind i wish hollywood records wasnt partnered with disney:( I know its bad) but i wish they would leave disney or either have not so much promotion by them like demi lovato. It would seem disloyal to leave but disney is ristricting their options and their fans and turning them into to something that can’t become anything else. I love JB and they could be MAINSTREAM if the mouse ears werent tagged onto them. Wish the best 4 Joe, Nick and Kevin!!!!

They have alot more fans that are over 13 you obviousley haven’t been to one of their concert the majority of the the fans their are 16 and up I am 18 and I love the Jonas Brothers I met people at the concert that were 22 and 25 so close your mouth people and stop hateing just cause your jelouse they make all their own music just like any other band they write their music play all their own instruments and help produce their music so don’t tell me that their music is not real.

I like the name Lucas and if the writers want to make that the boys last name in the show then that’s fine, but the name Lucas Brothers for a band is lame. Why not finally get a good band name?
[insert last name here] Brothers is such an overdone band name. They could’ve done something really cool for the name and they’re just doing a dumb parallel to the boy’s band name.
Everything else I’ve heard about the show sounds good though and if the production company isn’t It’s A Laugh Productions then I’ll be quite happy.

Shut up blah! I happen to be sixteen! and kevin rocks! and they are not stars because of disney, both nick and joe got their start on broadway, and kevin was in commercials (and nick and joe too). So they were actors in the first place, waaay before disney entered the picture.

Witout the Jonas Brothers, aka kevin in it, there wouldn’t be a band here todaii. he helps them be inline. Sure he hasn’t done, much compared to Nick and Joe- but , he doesn’t really sing much..wich is kinda sad, cuz we wanna hear him!!! And just for that,having no experience to what his brothers have been doing, doesn’t mean he’s less talented then that!!!
Kevin is different. Wich is awesome :) You don’t need , broadway or training to be famous. As long as he sings, acts, dances+ play that sexy guitar - he’s ready to rock <3 [ Camp rock- loved him!!! haha- birdhousexD]

I love the Jonas Brothers, they are really genuine, thoughtful, gorgeous guys. Kevin looks really good in black and casual wear but I think that Joe should have his hair like how he had it in Camp Rock. He was at his most sexiest looking when he was in Camp Rock, he needs to get a fringe happening again, when his hair gets too long and he has to push it out the way all the time it looks yucky!
