Miley & Justin Have Date Night!
Miley Cyrus and boyfriend Justin Gaston have dinner at Table 8 in Los Angeles on Thursday night.

A five year age difference is not an issue when both parties are adults. If you’re 18 and dating someone 5 years older than you, then there is no problem. But if you are a minor dating someone 18 or older, then there could be problems. In the eyes of the law, there are lots of ways an adult can contribute to the delinquency of a minor besides engaging in sex. Why open yourself up to those possibilities!?! If 15 year old Miley is indeed dating this 20 year old, it is her parents’ responsibility to ensure her safety and well being. If they had concerns about the guy, I’d hope that they would forbid the friendship/relationship.

That’s the point. She’s not 20. She’s 15, she’s a minor no matter what her status in the celeb world is.
I think she is dating Justin and IMO thats wrong…even if she was 18 and dating a 23 year old that wouldn’t be as bad.
I guess thats why you never see the two hold hands or kiss in public…because its illegal.

You can still be a fan of hers and not think its okay for her to date a 20year old MAN! Her parents need to get off their butts. Kids grow up to fast. Kids need rules! And in Hollywood rules help child stars grow up in to adults. Without drug and money trouble.

I don’t know about you, but i would NEVER let my 15 year old child date a grown man. Most of the time, guys like like this only want one thing: sex. I guess he saw the half-naked pictures like the rest of us. He knows what he’s doing. Either that, or he just wants fame and attention, and what better way to get it? I’m just sorry that Miley is si naive to see it.

He’s totally doing her. There’s no other reason as to why this grown man would settle for a kid like Miley. Either he really likes the attention he gets while around her, or he’s getting some. Chances are it’s both. We all know how incredibly loose Miley’s morals are.
She was willing to post pictures of her half naked self on the internet, who’s to say she’s not willing enough (or desperate enough) to expose herself completely for some guy. Miley fans need to quit acting naive. We all know that if they are dating, it isn’t just dating. It never is with college-aged men.
