Happy 21st Birthday, Hilary Duff!
Hilary Duff smiles from ear to ear as she spends her 21st birthday with hockey player boyfriend Mike Comrie at a children’s bookstore in New York City on Sunday.
Last month, Hil’s mother, Susan Duff, wanted her ex, Bob, to contribute $25,000 to a birthday party and gift for the Duffster. A judge ruled that Bob had to pony up $12,500 for the bash. Hopefully we’ll get to see pictures from the birthday celebration!

haha. i remember when lizzie mcguire was out and on her i think 15 th or 16th birthday disney channel made her a commercial saying happy birthday. well, just thinking of old days. she was my idol! Happy 21st Birthday Hilary!
