Scarlett Johansson Has Weekend Wedding
Scarlett Johansson and Ryan Reynolds quietly tied the knot at a top secret wedding this weekend, People reveals.
Us Weekly adds the small wedding took place at a remote wilderness resort outside Vancouver. Guests included Scarlett’s mother, Melanie Sloan, and her brother, Adrian Johansson.
The couple had announced their engagement in May. This is the first marriage for both.
Scarlett, 23, and Ryan, 31, have been romantically linked for about one year. Ryan called off his engagement to singer Alanis Morissette back in February 2007. Scarlett dated actor Josh Hartnett for about two years until the end of 2006.

#25, your comments are so right. I look at some of the celebrities who cannot keep a steady relationship past 6 months and they are in their 30s and 40s. Age obviously does not mean you are ready to be in a committed relationship.

She could do better? Ryan is hot!!!! And 23 is NOT to young. I married at 21 and almost 10 years and 4 kids later, we are still happy, in love, and most importantly married. Who cares about her age? If they love each other, I say congrats and well wishes!

And zania, I got married at 22, three kids and 28 years later, am still married to the same great guy, and I would NOT change a thing!! I loved being a young mother, had lots of energy for them, understood them better as teens, and now I’m still young enough to have great times with my husband and enjoy what’s ahead!! It’s all good. But then again, I met the right guy when I was young. It’s just the way it happened for me. But I’m grateful it did when I was young!!
So, nowadys 23 is too young to marry? Since when? She is young, but an adult and way over 18.
With celebrity couples, there is always one partner, who is more successfull than the other. They will have to learn to deal with it, or not. And why does she deserve better than Ryan Reynolds? Does anybody know him or her personally? He might be the greatest guy in the world. His movies are not part of his personality. And by the way, I think he is really hot and they make a cute couple. he is really cute and great in his movies.. I don’t like her that much but she’s a good actress and pretty!and about her being too young to marry, really depends on her maturity level, age doesn’t necessarily mean your wiser. I mean I wouldn’t get married at 23 (im 21) but I also dont condemn it, I think it depends on the person. I really don’t get how they are some people who are saying it wont last, none of yoy guys know neither of them, maybe they do really love eachother and are great to eachother!
Correction, #25: Divorce rates are high because there’s no big stigma as there was 50 years ago. And I think people wait to have kids nowadays because they want to provide the best environment for their children.

Think should have waited.she is too young and shoud have thought about her career first. so why didn’t he married the other girl. They both have careers.
