Scarlett Johansson Has Weekend Wedding
Scarlett Johansson and Ryan Reynolds quietly tied the knot at a top secret wedding this weekend, People reveals.
Us Weekly adds the small wedding took place at a remote wilderness resort outside Vancouver. Guests included Scarlett’s mother, Melanie Sloan, and her brother, Adrian Johansson.
The couple had announced their engagement in May. This is the first marriage for both.
Scarlett, 23, and Ryan, 31, have been romantically linked for about one year. Ryan called off his engagement to singer Alanis Morissette back in February 2007. Scarlett dated actor Josh Hartnett for about two years until the end of 2006.

I’m speechless…..I agree she’s too young…I don’t like him…I hope she made the right decision….
Big mistake: She’s too young for a marriage…It’s always very hard to make a marriage work., specially in the show business…
oh my goodness. you people are so judgmental! if she is ready at 23 then she SHOULD get married. yes 23 is young but it does not set her up for failure! i am 29 and got married at 21. yes i was young, yes it was a struggle, but i wouldn’t trade my husband or my beautiful daughter for the world! if someone is ready to get married at 23, good for them, if others are not then wait until you are! it all just depends on the indivdual!
Sure, why not? Might as well give marriage a shot. But is being ‘married’ really that different from just being in a relationship? Some people seem to think it’s a magic wand. Well, we shall see won’t we anyway, when the dust settles on this one a year or so down the track.

This marriage was a huge surprise…I hope for her that it could be a wonderful surprise, everyday until now….Maybe she had to wait a little more..but this is her life…that’s all.
One year of knowing each other? Um NOTTTT ready for marriage.
There will always be some well-wisher saying that they can stand the test of time… but marriage is HARD work (but rewarding if approached unselfishly ) ….

Congrats! I didn’t know they got married already. And Ryan Reynolds isn’t an ‘unknown’ so I don’t know what you people are talking about or what movies you have been watching. And these days, people get married at all different ages so I hope it works out for them.
