OlderBar Refaeli Presents Ironic Iconic America
Here is a sneak peek of Bar Refaeli, Leo DiCaprio’s maybe-girlfriend, co-hosting Tommy Hilfiger Presents Ironic Iconic America, a one-hour special that features a trip across the U.S.
The show will highlight American beauty, fashion, love and sex, design and food. Poet, multi-media artist and “observationalist” Rives (HBO’s Def Poetry Jam) will carry out the other hosting duties.
Inspired by the book “Iconic America: A Roller Coaster Ride Through The Eye,-Popping Panorama Of American Pop Culture”, a collaboration between Tommy Hilfiger and George Lois, the special is a voyeuristic look at today’s America in all of its distinctive and fantastical dimensions.
“We are thrilled to be working with Bravo on this fall special,” said Hilfiger. “The show is a tour of America through an ironic and iconic pop culture lens. It will explore an intriguing and whimsical side of America.”
Tommy Hilfiger Presents “Ironic Iconic America debuts on Friday, October 3 @ 8PM ET/PT on Bravo.

COOLLL!!! Bar looks amazing, radiant and really GORGEOUS! Talk about a nice opportunity for her to work on such a show! It looks quite promising.

I still don`t understand why a show about Iconic Ironic America is co-hosted by a non-American model who sounds incredibly dumb. Bar doesn`t have any charisma.

I’m not trying to be nasty or hate on her; I’m simply stating the truth: her name is unknown without the phrase “Leo’s girlfriend” attached to it. She might sound inane, but she ain’t that dumb - no way she’s gonna give up the fame train.

I understand that being Leo`s girlfriend helped her to get a good opportunity like this. But initially the producers should have thought about getting an American girl because let`s be honest it is kind of awkward that someone who only works in the US hosts a show about this country.
Quite frankly I would even watch the show since it sounds exciting but knowing that Bar is co-hosting ruined it.
She was just chosen because she went out with Leo

She looks like a cross between Giselle and Molly Sims.
I read that they got Bar for this because they wanted to appeal to an international audience. There are a lot of other people they could have gone with - it probably was the Leo thing that got her the job. She is cute but that’s about all. Her smile and attitude look so fake and overdone in the pictures.
