High School Musical Takes Over France
Zac Efron keeps his arm wrapped around costar pal Ashley Tisdale prior to a screening of the feature film High School Musical 3: Senior Year on Tuesday in Paris, France.
Also around to help promote the movie: Zac’s on-and-off-screen girlfriend Vanessa Hudgens, Director Kenny Ortega, French singer Amel Bent and costar Corbin Bleu.

Where was it reported they had dinner post Paris premiere? I know that was true of the Sweden premiere, but hadn’t heard that about the Paris gig….I missed it…..

i really don’t think that means there’s “trouble in paradise” as you call it.
it makes it seem like that ring IS there relationship and in its absence, there is not relationship. which is so wrong.
a relationship isn’t based of a single piece of jewelry. if it is, what a superficial relationship.
The private dinner of Z&V was reported in a French newspaper. They even have a video of it but it is restricted and can’t be shown in the US. I can’t check back with VABN now because the site crashed! z&V love overload!
Vanessa doesn’t always wear her ring with her more formal or evening wear, when it doesn’t match what she’s wearing. Last night, she was wearing white and black, and had 2 sparkly costume rings on to go with her dress. Also you can’t always see her hands in pictures. Don’t jump to conclusions.
Also, we have not really seen many candids of them alone, except walking in Paris, and she had her arm through his in those, looking like she was trying to stay warm. It looked cold, and was definitely a “hands in the pockets’ day for Zac. I wouldn’t think anything of that.
The photocall being cancelled could have been for a variety of reasons, including the fact that they were probably out late and exhausted. No reason to think it was because someone was crying. And if you think that, Ashley looks more disheveled and glum.
Again, we have to understand a pic doesn’t ever tell the whole story!

*sigh* i realllly like zac efron and i reaaally like vanessa hudgens and i ESPECIALLY like zanessa. and i definetely do not have anything against ashley,
but i really do hope, that zac and ashley do not get together. maybe zac’s arms werent arouns vanessa just cause she was wearing that black thing.
and i bet zac does pay attention to vanessa, he’s just not into PDA. i mean, arent they staying in the same room? and also, in Turcs and Caicos?? he only gives her attention when he doesnt think paparazzi are around.
but still, u guys are right, he should be able to show his feelings for her in public. and SMILE more!!! hes so much more cuter and hotter when HE SMILES!!! what is happening to you zac?

The ring thing wasn’t too worrisome as it seems to come and go like the wind. I can’t help but wonder if they don’t just take the ring(s) on and off to see what gets stirred up on these boards….kind of like when Pete Wentz was carrying around a doll before Ashley had her baby….clearly he was just playing with the paps…snaps to Pete for messing the pesky paps. Most likely their rings get far more consideration by the fans than themselves.
Nonetheless, I am curious as to how much positioning etc. (or not) goes into what they do or don’t do on the red carpet and at other “official” appearances and what just happens by circumstance. It seems like the pda got toned way down after the sweet hug on the red carpet at the TCAs. They both are so down to earth and geniune, but you just never know what their PR agents are whispering in their ears.
And you’re right…the whole crew looks a bit bummed in today’s pics …hopefully Disney didn’t reprimand them if the canceled event was indeed their fault……..

okay, first of all, i used to be and i still kind of am a HUGE zanessa fan. id grab magazines and search for pics of them and i almost cried happy tears when i saw photos of them in hawaii and turcs and caicos…
and i truly love zac and vanessa, and i understand that ashley and him are “just friends” but zac’s been acting very weird lately: he didnt hold vanessa;s hand at the airport, he didnt go to the teen vogue party with her, didnt sit with her at the VMAS, they link arms not, but dont hold hands ? they look kind of… apart.
and i do want them to keep on going in their relationship. and i hope zac does pay more attention to sweet vanessa. but if things dont work out between them, i think Ryan would be a good boyfriend

Tsquared, I’m sure Disney dictates a lot of what they expect from their stars while they are paying them to promote the movie! I think Zac and Vanessa have been very professional, but we’ve been able to catch some sweet moments and looks between them.
I’ve tried twice to post a link to pictures of them out for dinner with Kenny, but JJ won’t allow it. So just FYI to everyone……..
I found the pix of them out to dinner on GG and I know you’re going to shot me for saying this, but Zac just does not seem happy at all….no smiles or laughs and once again no hand holding….the linked arm thing is sweet, but that’s her holding on to him….okay clearly, i’ve put way too much thought into this!
It’s been a long few days so hopefully he’s just tired.
I don’t see the need people have that Zac and Vanessa MUST hold hand to prove they are together. They have done nothing apart. At the VMA’s they WERE together. Vanessa didn’t get there until late because she had a concert that day and when she got there she was held up by security. Zac was seated by himself because that’s where his seat was and because she had not yet arrived—and did not arrive until WAY late. They left together, however.
At the TeenVogue party they once again were TOGETHER? Where do you people get your information? There are picture of them together and most importantly there is a picture of them leaving together and there was a little news article and picture of them talking about how happy they are and how much in love they are, etc. Plus, those pictures and that article has been posted here on JJ. You you are saying these ridiculous things really need to at least check out the links posters put in their comments and you might learn a lot.
And Tsquared and all, the same goes about the pictures to this premiere. JJ—for some reason—has not posted even a fraction of the pictures and certainly not the best ones. There are several pictures of Zac and Vanessa looking very lovingly and intimately into each other’s eyes—all the things people seem to say is missing but the ones who need to see these pictures once again are not accessing all these sites. And it is not hard as many posters have put those links right here in this thread. The only problem with Vanessa and Zac is what certain fans are making it to be.
Karen, as always one of the best commenters here and i couldn’t agree more.
Guys, let’s not argue about the pics. The cast are promoting and everybody looks so happy to be together again and this is possibly gonna be the last time we are going to see the gang of HSM altogether, if there is a 4th installment, for sure some major cast will not reprise role.
Let us be thankful and enjoy for these great pictures of them while it last and let’s pray that the movie will be huge success all over the world.

Hi Karen, Miss ya girl and the rest of Za’s! I am doing fine, I am here now at work and down with cough and colds but still tolerable enough to finish my work, though it’s very hard to breath. About your question, yes they are i dont think they dont have a complete trust with Z & V relationship after all what had happened in the past and still continue to be strong, really feel sad about this.
