Kate Walsh Talks Private Practice

Private Practice star Kate Walsh waves to fans after appearing on Live with Regis and Kelly and the Late Show with David Letterman in New York City on Wednesday. (She wore Herve Leroux to Letterman.)

The 40-year-old actress was making the media rounds to promote her medical drama, which had its season premiere tonight.

Kate recently spoke about the show saying, “They’re all viable conflicts … grounded in these medical stories. It’s topical but not so procedural that it’s not a Shonda Rhimes (series creator) show. You still have all the great dialogue and characters and stories and romance!”

It was a fabulous episode last night. They really stepped up the game. And Addie and the SWAT guy is cute !

I adore Kate’s interviews. That AOL cast interview is freaking hilarious.

DEFINTELY A !!!!!YAY!!!!!

While other shows tend to get worse and run out of great storys, Private Practice has just BEGAN to DEVELOP. There’s such a great potential for the show and the charcters and from what I get from spoilers the writers really don’t diappoint us and realy used the time to make the show a GREAT one!

I got to meet Kate after Regis. My mom took me. She is so nice and sweet. She signed all my stuff I wanted her to sign. Kate Walsh is the BEST and SO BEAUTIFUL!

I love her show. The premiere was soooooo good. Addison was back to her old self and strong again. I can’t wait til next weeks episode.

She looks so beautiful! The black dress is stunning on her but I want the leather jacket. Dave looks a little creepy touching her legs. I didn’t watch the interview though so maybe that’s just the picture.

Private Practice was a lot better than last season. I wouldn’t call it great yet, but I liked it a lot. The Addie I love was back!

Comparing Private Practice’s premiere with the GA season premiere is selling it short, even to say it was away better. The fair comparison, is that was as good as second season Grey’s.
