Jennifer Aniston: Blackberry Upgrade!
Jennifer Aniston is spotted in Beverly Hills after picking up a new Blackberry smartphone.
The 39-year-old actress recently defended herself saying she has never used romances in her life to further her own career, and that being in love is more important to her than fame.
“It’s been incorrectly alleged that I’d abuse a romantic attachment as a publicity stunt,” the former Friends star said. “That’s below the belt.”
Jen added, “To love and be loved is the most beautiful thing that can happen to a person, and one’s own life is more important than all the glamour and fame in the world.”

Aging and getting old is normal for us ordinary citizen but aging in HW especially to actresses over 40 is a big No, actress reaching 40 is equal to impending death. Hollywood was never kind to actresses passing that barrier., only a very few, extremely talented actresses survive it . and admit it, your idol was not that super talented, look at her recent completed projects it’s either been push to a a dumping ground season of Feb, or couldn’t even find a distributors. her days in HW are numbers.

Jen needs to grow some thicker skin and not care so much about what the tabs say about her. I don’t recall Brad & Angie saying one word when Barr trashed the two of them and their children. They have more important things to deal with.

I agree that Hollywood is not kind to women. The women who stay relevant after 40 are those who are truly talented; they can transition to character roles.
Let’s face it, Jenniferr is not a big cinematic talent. On the big screen, her uptight body language and unexpressive face are too apparent.
She had this scene in The Break-Up where she walks out of the shower naked, walks past Vince Vaugh to get a drink from the fridge, then walks back to the bedroom. The camera was on her face on this last scene and I can’t help but wonder, she’s too uptight, she should loosen up so the audience can see and FEEL the joy of her character at Vince’s comeuppance.
She has limited range and that has held her back.
All the movie “hits” accredited to Jen were really due to the male leads (Ben Stiller and Jim Carrey).
Observe, the female lead here can be interchangeable - to Cameron Diaz for instance, with no impact to the movie - but it’s pretty difficult to interchange the male lead.
I think TV is her genre. She already has a captive audience there who remember Rachel Greene with fondness.
For those who are protesting that 40 is not old, I agree. Just look at the Hugh Jackman new thread.

MEN ARE SEEN AS HOT AS HEL* IN THEIR 40′S, 50′S, 60, SOME MEN FOREVER .
MOST WOMEN IN CELEB LAND DREAD 40, AS THE MEN IN CHARGE OF STUDIOS SEE THEM AS OLD.
Because there are so many young women available at all times for film roles.
Jen’s face has changed, as happens to all. She is now mature, cannot play the rom com roles with conviction anymore. Cameron Diaz has acknowledged this recently, she is a realist. Jen is not. Her 2 recent movies that cannot get distributors are rom coms and she is not seen as believable in these roles playing a young woman. She is seen as a mature woman, not old, but not a young 20 something.
Jen fans should not take all discussions of her age and change in looks as a negative, and attempt to go negative on Brad and Angelina. That is counterproductive to Jen. Stop comparing apples to oranges. These people lead completely separate and extremely different lives.
Again, I say live and let live. Move on and try to find a way to accept life as it is, not as it was.

Taken from your post, found these quotes quite interesting esp given B&As recent denials of a split. Are they reacting to a non-issue? A senseless rumor? I’m guessing they pay just as much attention to the tabloids, given that’s where the rumors first surfaced, as the “x”.

No, I think it was Jolie’s father who responded to the thing with Barr. Her brother responded when they didn’t show up to a event with Aniston in attendance and I am pretty sure Brangelina have responded to any reports of them breaking up or trouble within their relationship. So your point is what? Are you going to back up your statement? Or are you going to include Brangelina in your statement as well?

No we will not “all feel guilty” .
It is sad for the when anyone commits suicide, but anyone who does so in response to an internet blog, or a rumor clearly has a very fragile psyche and deep underlying issues.
People, (non-celebs) go through very difficult challenges, hard times, tragedies and events that are simply not fair.
Feel guitly about starving children. Feel guitly about the fact that pedophiles on average get two years in prison. Feel guilty about the elderly faced with losing their homes. Feel guilty about hurricane victims. Feel guilty about racism, war victims, military veterans who are getting screwed out of their medical benifits.
If JA is going to be “pushed to the edge” because of gossip when she puts herself in the spotlight…..then she can topple right over without anyone losing a nights sleep!

BRAD AND ANGIE ARE IN TOWN SO JENNIFER MUST GET HERSELF SOME ATTTENTION. Knowing the premier of Changling was coming up, Jen went to Mexico and opend her crotch to the camera in a most unbecoming way, bending over with her everything exposed, to try and garner some Brangelina-deflecting attention. Now B & A are in New York, Jen is dragging out some nonsense from the past to generate pix and discussion because she cannot produced another hired man so soon after John Mayer. It must be so expensive and time-consuming to try and fight the Brangelina phenomenon. Yet, Jen’s antics are still only good enough for the blogs and the rags, not the main stream media
She looks bad. Which is normally how she looks before putting on makeup . Aniston should never leave house without putting on her face and combing her hair.
