Miley’s Pre-Birthday Shopping Spree
Miley Cyrus steps out with sister Brandi Cyrus on a shopping spree in Los Angeles on Saturday for a pre-birthday celebration.
The Hannah Montana star will celebrate her 16th birthday with a Sweet Sixteen celebration at Disneyland on Sunday with an all star guest list. Special guests include co-stars Emily Osment, Mitchel Musso, father Billy Ray Cyrus, as well as other Disney stars Brenda Song and KayCee Stroh.
Older stars that received the special invitation to the sold out, red carpet event were Vanessa Williams, model Cindy Crawford and British actress Kate Beckinsale.

umm…. kaycee strog has a really small part in the disney musical movie according to wikipedia. She has a small role in a DCOM she isnt considered a disney channel star and cant be compared to brenda song who has starred in 5 disney channel movies (including wendy wu 2 coming soon), starred in 3 Disney Channel shows and has an album coming out. Kaycee has only done a small thing in the disney musical movies.

celebs dont go to events all the time.
She had tons of friends and family coming to town just to see her and only for a short time.
Its not fair to her family and friends for her to just ditch them after they spent all the time and money to fly out there.
Miley can go/donate to this charity another time.
Miley does a lot for charity and not going to one event wont hurt her.
Jonas brothers and demi didnt go either.
JB decided to go to europe early and just hang out when they could’ve gone to the event.
We also dont know what else she was doing that day.
She didnt shop all day.
But anyways miley stop dying your hair.
She cancelled and then went shopping right up the road??
She could’ve attended the event and went shopping later. That’s not very good publicity. Her PR people need to sit down with her and her lousy parents and come up with a plan.
