This is an incorrect stereotype of women. Never ever did Gov Palin once act like this. Cry, scream, faint, walk out.. are you joking??!! In fact, the reverse– as a newcomer on the scene with eggs being thrown on her– she took on tough pundits by hand and foot!!! Brave, strong and full of integrity!!

How can Fey and Poehler do this to their own gender and perpetuate the bad steretypes is beyond reason; that too.. just for a little silly laugh.

I’m not a Palin supporter.. but even her critics must agree:
Gov Palin did an EXCELLENT job in the VP candidate role- far far better than most would if they had 5 weeks on the scene with a newborn– that includes Biden, McCain, and even perhaps Hillary… folks!!

For everyone mocking Palin, lets see you get off your fat *ss and get up there. Half this country would probably fail miserably in public speaking alone.

I give Palin credit for standing up for this country and trying to make a difference while millions are sitting back and mocking her and doing nothing to make this country a better place.

Sorry, being a strong leader includes being able to effectively handle public speaking. This isn’t high school. Having knowledge related to the topics presented generates solid, meaningful, and coherent responses/rebuttals, and thus facilitates EFFECTIVE public speaking. I don’t think she has a problem with speaking in public so much as just a lack of knowledge, period. I don’t have the knowledge to be VP, but then, I’m not campaigning for it. However, I will defer to someone who HAS prepared for it and can effectively demonstrate their preparedness for the job.

ALL the rumors that the Democrats started about Palin have proven to be false. Fake pregnancy, banning of books, rape kits. They were all proven false. The media has egg on their face because they believed those rumors and after the media’s own investigations they were proven false.

She is not the way the Democrats portray her and thank God the females are wising up and starting to see that.

It’s really sad that this country has such low expectations as a nation. Instead of raising the bar for a VP candidate the bar was lowered, some were duped by the Republican Party to actually think that Palin held her own.

Tina Fey has made Palin a laughing stock. Palin’s ego has been boosted by the Republican Party after the debate, but she doesn’t really get it, people still don’t think that she is that bright. The fact that she cannot function without the talking points nor is able to talk freely in a political conversation is very troubling. Heaven help us if for some twist of fate she becomes president.
