Zac & Vanessa Are Cookie Cutter
Zac Efron and Vanessa Hudgens hold up heart-shaped cookies decorated with their names written on frosting at the German premiere of High School Musical 3: Senior Year on Sunday in Munich, Germany. (The cookies are actually bags made to look like giant cookies!)
Vanessa, 19, wore a Jay Godfrey maxi dress in a snakeskin print while Zac, 20, played it slick in a shirt, tie and jacket.
High School Musical 3: Senior Year opens everywhere on Friday, October 24. Less than three weeks away!

Vanessa has been extremely professional on this trip. Charming, smiling, dressed with lots of style. She has brought a real star power to this road show.
It must be hard for Ash, Corbin and even Zac to keep up with her. It is sort of sad that the ensemble of equals is gone from HSM - another reason why this group of actors is ready to move on to other things. Like Zac said in one of the interviews, HSM has been like being in high school together but there comes a time when you have to move on.
The contrast of this tour versus the previous ones must be poignant for them all. Does any one know why Lucas is not part of the road show? How about Monique? I read somewhere that they found the paparazzi pressure too much during HSM3 filming and that they split from staying in the same place as V, Z and Ashley in Salt Lake City. Maybe they chose not to be a part of the craziness.
I think the HSM2 was probably more fun for them because they got to get out and about in the various cities and not be recognized. No one really knew who any of them were. Now, they have an entourage of people traveling with them and hovering over them on the red carpet. I’m sure it’s much more stressful for these four this time around.

I couldn’t agree more. I love Zac and I like Corbin and Ashley but in my opinion Vanessa put herself in a different league this promo tour. She just completely owned and outclassed the others in resilience and professionalism.
She’s been the one that has been the busiest this year. From recording her album to filming two movies to album promotion to tour that lasted till just before this promo.
Throw in the Music video, Sears commercial and videos, Neutrogena commercials and numerous magazine covers and spreads she had to shoot in between.
Factor in that she was the one that weathered the so-called scandal and lawsuits with all the media scrutiny.
Factor in that she just bought a house, is in the tedious process of moving in and furnishing it up. She is also supposed to be facing a lawsuit.
Factor in that in the midst of all these, she is supposed to be releasing another single with a music video which she is yet to shoot. She also has issues with her label.
If anybody at all among the four of them should be worn out or tired or sick of the media, it should be Vanessa.
None of the others have weathered what she’s handled this past year, and handled with little complaint and much grace.
It makes you wonder that she , a 19 year old girl, can take all this in her stride, mange to put them aside and throw herself into this promo with the right amount of professionalism and liveliness. And fan accounts confirm what we see.
Her interviews are adorable, she glows on the red carpet and really appears to appreciate the fans and you can see how the international press is taking to her.
I love that she doesn’t look down on HSM, realising that it gave her the recognition that made her a star and opened up doors for her. She is ready to move on and this is her last and boy, she has gone all out to make it memorable for her fans by giving it her all.
What we’re seeing here is Vanessa, the woman emerge, and what a woman! I couldn’t love her more if I tried and this is just the beginning.

In an article about hsm earlier this year it was said that, Ashley,Vanessa, Zac & Chris Warren Junior(zeke) made the choice to stay in the other hotel b/c there was better security & Zac, Van, Ashley get hounded the most. The rest of the cast just said that it was okay because it relieved them some of the craziness. Lucas stayed in an apartment rather than a hotel b/c he dislikes hotels.
I don’t think the other two choose to not be apart of promoting because of the craziness. I’m not sure what Monique is up to but she will be part of the American Promo. As for Lucas he is currently in Japan Filming a movie. Hopefully he’ll put in some effort as will whoever plans all this to make it back for the Los Angeles premiere, since this really is the last time for all of them.
