Dear Horse,

Simple answer, if as a mother to a toddler, I take the child to a bee farm ONCE and the harmless bees frighten her and make her miserable to the extent, that she refuses to walk, covers her face and ears, and regresses to acting like a scared baby, rather than her skipping happy confident playful self, I’m innocent.

If after I see the effect the bees have had on my child and I can easily leave her at home when I know I will be in the presence of swarms of bees, BUT, I continue to take her to the bee farm even though there is nothing there for a child but more misery, I’ would be A HORRIBLE, INSENSITIVE,SELFISH, MOTHER.

It’s called logic, intelligence, common sense, the ability to process information and change behaviour.

There have been hundreds of “movie stars” in the last 100 years and NO ONE has ever drug their baby though the gauntlet of screaming, abusive, pack mentality paparazzi like The Cruises.

The Princess of Wales was a thousand time more popular and there are scant photos of her children on the streets of London, because like Kidman, she his them very well. It’s takes planning and organization, but it is easily done.

The decision to continually expose their small child to such violent stalking is reprehensible, indefensible, cruel and most of all, completely unnecessary.

PS: If you WERE EVER a parent, and I believe you to be a young male, you would know children REQUIRTE routines and don’t enjoy adult activities. They prefer to home with a favorite dvd and their toys at night. Small children hate the unknown, noise, being out when they are tired, and more than anything, yelling.

Did you see Shiloh today?

I saw them in the French Quarter walking around.
Angie cut a small square of Shiloh’s pink blankie for the little one to carry for security. Shiloh is the epitome of a chubby little two year old holding onto her tiny blankie. Such a a good mother.

We see quite a bit of Brad and Ange in New Orleans, but we only ever rarely see the children walking unless it’s a trip through the neighborhood to the corner store for treats.

It’s lovely, Joile keeps everything so down to earth for her children, no designers, no press, Shiloh is wearing Zahara’s old pants and Maddox’s old shirt and looks so content and secure in her mother’s arms.

There is a difference in New Orleans though, we area a very traditional town and have no patience fro the paparazzi, we block their pictures and their cars so they can’t follow the children :)

FYI: The drunks you see on MTV and such are tourists on a six block strecth of Bourbon Street, not locals.

Ok seriously - I know Katie is skinny and all but what the hell is wrong with her legs? Am I the only one who thinks they look horrible???

poor suri. i feel bad for her. katie doesnt have the most flattering pair of legs…obvious in pix #1. its good to see her smiling though. but does she really need to be held by tom like tht everytime? tom’s just creepy. really miss the old katie.

These pics break my heart! This little girl obviously is obviously distressed. Why would any decent parents keep subjecting her to this? For those who say blame the paparazzi, get a clue…..do you see ANY other celebrities out and about with their little ones at all hours? Suri is upset, it’s late and she should be with her nanny back at the hotel. There is NO good reason to be dragging her out at night like this. Tom and Katie have every right to take Suri to places and spend time with her, but knowing how it upsets her, they should keep it to a minimum, and definitely not drag her out at night. There are tons of celebrities who have children, and occasionally you see pictures of them with there kids, but not like this. Look at Jennifer Garner, she is photographed with Violet all the time, but the child doesn’t seem upset and it is always during the day. You don’t see Jen and Ben out at night with her because she is home where she belongs. Same with Brad and Angelina, pictures of them are few and far between because they are trying to protect their kids. I just wonder if Tom and Katie are really oblivious to how upset little Suri is, or if they just don’t care.
