OlderAnne Hathaway Joins Alice In Wonderland
Anne Hathaway (in Marc Jacobs) is in good spirits at the 15th annual “Women In Hollywood Tribute” hosted by Elle Magazine at the Four Seasons Hotel on Monday in Beverly Hills, Calif.
The 25-year-old actress and Helena Bonham Carter has just joined the Tim Burton-directed film Alice in Wonderland, reports THR. (Carter is Burton’s longtime partner and have worked together on Sweeney Todd, Corpse Bride, Charlie and the Chocolate Factory, Big Fish and Planet of the Apes.)
Hathaway is playing the White Queen, a benevolent monarch who is deposed and banished by her sister, the Red Queen (Carter), who has an affinity for crying out, “Off with their heads!”
The Disney movie also stars Mia Wasikowska as Alice and Johnny Depp as the Mad Hatter. Pretty neat cast, don’tcha think?

she looks cute but i wished she didnt wear those shoes. shoes are amazing but doesnt match the outfit. they’re huge and takes away the attention of the dress.
Good for her! Her career is really on an upswing. Her success and good roles must just be killing other young Holllywood like Lindsay Lohan who can’t even get hired anymore unless it’s for tv.
Her features don’t fit into the confines of her face. The eyes, nose and mouth need more room. Ugly, ugly ***** (plus she wll turn you over to the Feds after you pay her rent).

I didn’t realize she had a very large looking mouth. Very cool.
I thought her best role so far was in the Black Hole Sun video by Soundgarden, check it out.

She really know how to work those heels. So glad her career is at a high. She deserves it and I love her dress.
I actually love that she has big eyes and a big mouth on a small face. It gives her such a unique look and she pulls off every look very well.

I hope they do this movie right! The animated film was a mixture of the first two books. And it was sort of off. But now that they are including the white queen, things sond good =D
