Halle Berry has been dubbed the “Sexiest Woman Alive” in the November 2008 issue of Esquire.
The mag’s inside photo spread features Halle looking sexy, modeling tank tops with Esquire covers printed on the front.
“I don’t know exactly what it means, but being 42 and having just had a baby, I think I’ll take it,” says Halle, who gave birth to daughter Nahla six months ago. “Sexiness is a state of mind — a comfortable state of being. It’s about loving yourself in your most unlovable moments… I share this title with every woman, because every woman is a nominee for it at any moment.”

Media, wtf cares about the Jolie-Pitts? What does that have to do with Halle’s perfection? Halle’s been around for a long time and has never had to resort to hooking up with another A lister to brighten her spotlight. She’s done it all on her own. There hasn’t been a single blogger, gossip rag, or interviewer who’s had real access to her that has said anything negitive about her personality. Or has accused her of being fake. No other A list star gets that kind of respect. Only strangers who look from a distance talk that crap.
Halle & Gabriel make a perfect, beautiful couple! She glows!! But together WOW…..makes Brangelina pale in comparisons - sorry but it’s true & I like Brangelina. Halle is stunningly gorgeous. Her body is the ULTIMATE look to envy. Her butt is full & precise. Women who say she has big butt need therapy! Hollywood has messed with your mind.
I think White men, especially sweet like Gabriel are more than ever appreciating Beautiful Black Women who are more confident in their Skin. Most Black Women don’t come with weird anorexic ideas of bone-skinny as beauty…..PLEASE. Kerry Washington & Halle look the same age in that photo. I couldn’t tell that Halle is over 30 standing next to her. Black don’t crack, especially on Berry. Black Women are stunning, with naturally full-thick lips, high cheekbones & shades of brown complexion to die for! Women in Hollywood who don’t look like African-American Women are literally killing themselves with cosmetic surgery. Halle, Kerry & others are naturally gifted beauties.

Boy oh boy, nothing has changed much since the long time I have actually posted here.@19 & @30—she may not have a film to promote but she is promoting her fragrance line, “Halle” which debuted recently in NYC last month.

Who knows maybe her alluring Esquire layout may be part of Coty’s marketing plan w/the TV and print ads? And if the rumors are true, maybe a good omen for she and her partner if they are trying to have more kids, it worked for them the last time.

Don’t have a problem with the photos. Halle’s only doing what she knows how to do. Nothing wrong with people admiring her looks and sensuality. …all the power to her.
Still say, not to start anything here…if she spend as much time promoting her work as she does her private life and her pr for being on the A-list, she would be a far better actress than she already is (not saying she’s not good or great), she’s not phenominal as she could be. Nothing wrong with her sharing her achievements/accolades, her private life, etc. Nothing wrong with folks admiring her for the superficial things like her looks, A-list events etc to stay in the eye b4 the public-no real substance. She’s only doing what she knows how to do. That’s great she’s working on her personal life, really. Nothing wrong with any of that, like I have always said if she would spend more time promoting her career instead of pimping it or pimping her private life, she would even be more of phenomenal actress than she already is.
Halle looks good, but I just don’t get it. What is so great about her! I look just as good as she does and my body is hotter than hers and I’m not an actress! Her body looks fanastic for a woman who has given birth in the past year. Especially for a woman who is 42 years of age! She obviously works very hard to keep her body toned and in shape. In terms of some of the comments on here regarding her being “old”, well yes 42 is not young but her body looks better than alot of her female counterparts in Hollywood both in her age bracket and the younger celebrities as well. There is alot of jealously regarding Halle Berry, due to the fact that she is so attractive and being that she is that age. Most women in North America could only wish to have a body like that at any age (i.e. toned legs and butt, no cellulite, flat stomach, tiny waist, great breasts etc.) Look around how many women at any age have those physical attributes? In fact very few women in North America have fit healthy bodies. The majority of women are overweight in all age groups. On any given day go to the mall and see how many young women in particular are overweight. You will seldom see the beautiful “waist to hip ratio” that men lust after, that Halle possesses!
