I am not a Beyonce fan by any means, however I heard this in passing and fell in love. Only because I can relate… the lyrics may not be that hot but the chorus is so true for all these lame brothers that say “you’re the one” and a few months later start tripping…

Just too hot for words!plus i know she’ll kill the video!if i were a boy showed her vocal skills which were flawless! MAKE WAY:QUEEN BEE IS BACK!
All I can say is…I like both songs. But I am disappointed. The reason I am disappointed is she leaves people believing that she co-wrote (to me it means she contributed at least 50% or more) the song…when in actuality…she wrote none of it!! Not only did she not write the song…she didn’t even change it up!! I have noticed that any song that is lyrically incredible…she didn’t write them.
Beyonce published the following statement:
I have worked on this album for close to one year. I have taken the time so I can create my sound. Something that says who I am at this stage in my life. I have poured my heart and soul into it. It is my baby. It is the most time I have spent on any project since my first records as a member of Destiny’s Child when I was 15 years old. So when you say things like this…you make people believe it is your sound…and it isn’t hers…it is BC Jean’s. Oh well…I guess one day we will get an album that she will truly create on her own.
Either way…we know that Beyonce will make it a hit and hopefully BC Jean will get her credit.

“If I Were A Boy” was written by Toby Gad who wrote “Big Girls Don’t Cry” for Fergie and he had BC Jean sing the song as a demo for Beyonce….it’s just that BC Jean posted it on her myspace….BC Jean did not write the song, TOBY DID and Beyonce even change some lyrics because hers and Beyonce’s version is a little different, so people like Angel and the rest of you idiots need to STFU.
Single Ladies is a great song, it is already getting a lot of airplay and the video is great so back off

I haven’t heard B’s first single but I must admit that I’m feeling the Single Ladies track. It’s very catchy & a song that I can jam to with a drink in my hand in the club….which is the purpose of the song. Yes she may be married but she still has a fan base to cater to.
