High School Musical stars, Vanessa Hudgens, Zac Efron and Corbin Bleu arrive a bit tired at the Radio 1 studios in London, England amidst fans seeking autographs and pictures on Wednesday.
Vanessa, 19, and Ashley Tisdale, 23, both did an interview with the BBC and V was asked if she was going out with Zac! See what she says! Peep the video here!

I get a little put out with people who get upset at Vanessa for not saying “Yes, I am dating Zac”. Like many of you point out about the pictures from Hawaii last year or their vacation in the Caribbean this year or them greeting each other at the TCA’s or you could go back to them at the Palm Springs Film Festival in January but at any rate you all will say “I DON”T THING YOU NEED AN ANSWER…” Well, you know, maybe THAT is what Vanessa thinks also—-NOBODY should need an answer to that question at this point. Plus, it is a personal question. What kind of personal question do you all think would be TOO personal to be asked and would be OK for her not to answer? Where does it stop? It’s a pointless question and you and I both know it wouldn’t have stopped at just that question if she would have answered “yes”.

#36 When people feel fatuged it usually shows. Zac and Vanessa are only human and sometimes they are going to look and feel visibly tired. I would like you or anyone else who care to take a shot explain to me how looking visibiliy tired in any way shape or form indicates that they are ungrateful.
As to whether or not what Zac, Vanessa and the rest of the HSM kids are doing constitutes “hard work” or not, let’s consider the fact that they have only been gone about a week, and in the space of a week they have been to five countires: Sweden, France, Spain, Germany, and Great Britan. I’m sure there were early morning wake-up calls to get ready for Television interviews, and whatnot in each of the countries. ONly to rush on to the plane and begin the whole cycle in less then 24 hours.
Now granted there are all kinds of jobs that are “harder” and require real back breaking labor, nobody disputes. But if you really don’t think the kind of schedule wouldn’t run someone down then you have exceptional stamina.
Speaking of “interviews” here is one that ran four days before HSM2 premiered on TV. Now, do you really think they interviewed Zac and that he made these comments? BTW, the updated they have at the bottom was added several months after the article was posted because I copied the original, and it wasn’t there.

I agree about that article. I am not going to dignify it by pointing out some things as I prefer not to give it much notice but some people won’t know it but there are definitely some discrepancies in it. So, the bottom line is fro me, I wouldn’t take it too seriously.

First of all, they are not smiling in these pics, which may have happened a few good 3 minutes, because they are tired. And yes. Smiling, posing, signing autographs, giving interviews are tiring especially when they do it over and over. They know they are lucky. How many times have they already said that? BUT IT DOESN’T MEAN THAT THEY ARE NOT GRATEFUL FOR THE FANS’ SUPPORT. They are not complaining about how tired they are going from country to country and do promotions nonstop.
They are humans, they are also allowed to not smile all the time, right? They also have the right to look tired, right? Or maybe these are criminal acts now against celebrities? Ha!
On Vanessa not answering the question, a big DUH should be put across your foreheads. Answering that question would only lead to more questions. The last time Zac and Vanessa were in London, they went around virtually unnoticed. They were even “seen” by fans shopping in some big department store, but no pap pics.
Now, they are overwhelmed with fans and paps wherever they go. I would think this is a bit overwhelming to them. Zac still doesn’t get why anyone would be interested in what he does. That’s how humble he is.
This will be their last “overkill” promotion for Disney. They won’t have to do that for any upcoming movies. One big premier and you’re done.

It’s the Daily Mail, the biggest pile of crap we have in the UK, everyone who is educated knows not to pay it the slightest bit of attention, they are the biggest fabricators known to journalism, always making up their own stories and filling in the blanks. As for the autograph people, they aren’t even fans, look at them, any fan who was there wouldn’t have shoved stuff in his face like that, those are old men, not kids, kids wouldn’t have been out of school. They are old men, clamoring to get a signiture, is discusting that they can get away with it, I for one am glad that Zac seems to not sign many.
Zac and V are fine together, as many recent pictures will prove. V not answering the question is nothing more than what she usually does, I can’t beleive that women from the BBC was so rude to ask it like that, almost as if she were desperate to get it out of her for a scoop, and actual confession which would lead to more questions and so on, very unprofessional I must say, I commend V for not answering it. They are two very strong young people, and will have so much sucess with whatever they choose to do, and I wish them all the luck in doing so. HSM is amazing, but the PR trail is obviously leaving them somewhat weary, I for one, cannot blame them.

They went to see Josh Hartnett’s Rain Man last night in London, just the two of them, there pics over at faded youth!!! They look so cute, and Rain Man is awesome, I would recommend anyone to go see it!!

Whatever negative is being said about Zac and Vanessa, only the 2 of them know what is actually going on between them and I just love it.
As explained by so many other wise posters they are promoting Disney HSM3 and not their relationship on this tour of Europe and have been instructed to lay off the answering of such questions. I must say it is difficult to dodge these questions when the interviewers try to sneak them in. I admire Vanessa for this as she is just following instructions and I don’t hold her accountable. At first I did, and then realised why she had to do what she did. She has been more forthcoming in her interviews in the States and so has Zac. Body language is all it takes and you must be blind to not see it.

He made it perfectly clear in the Access Hollywood interview at the start of the year that he won’t talk about it.Any 20 year old male who has the maturity to describe his relationship as ’sacred’ and something that should be ONLY between the two people invloved,sounds as though he is in a pretty serious relationship to me.
Vanessa’s response on the BBC Breakfast programme was no different to how she always answers.I think that they both find it strange that there is so much interest.
The interviews in Sweden were far better because there the questions were asked assuming that they were a couple without asking the direct question.Zac was asked if he was as good a boyfriend as Troy,and Vanessa was asked how it felt having millions of girls in love with her boyfiend. They were able to answer those question without actually admitting to being a couple.
The bottom line is that they don’t need to say the words…..we know….you can see it everytime they look at each other.

I remember a quote by Zac in an ET interview at Halo last year that he will never ever talked about his private life, and I assume her lady Vanessa will do likewise.

I’ve gotten a strong vibe from Zac in all these European pictures. He’s not really tired; he’s not unhappy with Vanessa; he’s not any of those things. I really get the sense that he just does not get all this hysteria about himself; he’s honestly just Zac inside, the sort of nerdy, smart, high school kid, who just did his thing, and worked hard. #149 This is one of those posts that make you say it really helps to know what you’re talking about, Zac and Vanessa have been a couple for THREE years. I have to assume you weren’t aware of that fact or you just have a very interesting defintion of “flimsy relationships.” As you said this is Hollwood where as comedian Rita Rudner once said “If a relationship lasts longer then a gallon of milk it’s considered a success.” So I would say that for their relationship to last that long and for as young they are it’s not “flimsy” at all.
Want to say thank you to our wonderful friends from across the “pond” like Jane, beverley, and Naomi for informing—at least trying to inform—all of us about the tabloids in London that are writing crazy things about Zac. Some of us fans who have been around for a while know how Zac speaks and what things he will not talk about, etc, know this is a load of horse manure but many of the younger and newer fans may wonder if it is true. So, thanks, guys for your input.
BTW, those who don’t think Zac is protective of Vanessa: I think Zac tends to go slightly in front of Vanessa at times because he is trying to protect her—it is another body language thing. It may be read by some to mean one thing but in actuality he is shielding her from what might be “coming at them”. In other words it’s like he is going to take the frontal attack and protect her from it. And it is like him telling her “Just keep hold of me and I’ll go first to see if the coast is clear”. It is protective mode. He’s done that a lot. Plus, Vanessa said in one of her acknowledgments on her CD how Zac always had her back—which means he protects her.
They all look so tired. I feel bad for them.
