Daniel Craig is Plastic Surgery Positive
Daniel Craig leaves his London home on Thursday still wearing his arm sling. His girlfriend Satsuki Mitchell, who toted around a Prada shopping bag, left seconds after him.
The 40-year-old British actor will makes his first appearance on The Tonight Show With Jay Leno on Friday, Oct. 17 . The Quantum of Solace is the 22nd Bond movie and is due out on Halloween — October 31!
Craig recently revealed he had plastic surgery after a June accident on the set of the new James Bond film, where he severed his fingertip and had eight stitches on his face after being accidentally kicked by one of his costars.
“[It was] a stupid inconvenience”, he told Elle. “They gave me an excellent plastic surgeon!”

Observing professionally and knowing people in the industry who have observed and heard both professionally and off set.
No I do not know either of them.
Well i guess thats what loving couples do, they help each other. he’s helping her in her career as she gave it up for him in the first place. guess he sees potentional in her talents and knows the a lister world will advance her

i think she hasnt looked a pretty as when she was on the FOAF carpet..she was glowing.
Who Daniel knows my get Satsuki there but it won’t keep her there if she does not have the attitude and talent. The A Lister world will only take you so far then you have to prove yourself.
The Daily Mail has now DELETED the picture of his new house from the story as no doubt he was f***ing pissed off at it being printed!
Good for him. Are these f**ing media crazy?

The new article sans house picture.
IMHO just the nature of their relationship, whether you find it enchanting, puzzling or you just loathe it, is what interests people not only on JJ but in the entertainment business and in general.
Is it business or pleasure, or both? I personally like to keep work and leisure separate - some find it intoxicating, but I find it draining. There is also the issue of how you perceive their relationship… Some can look at pics and see a couple in love, others will find a distance in their body language.
it will keep her there as long as Daniel is there with her
he has force in the industry now, people listen to him, he has power
Rex Features is now one of favorite sites! And I just notice something about the pics of the CR royal premiere - Sats is right there (behind Daniel) in the receiving line to meet the Queen… does anyone know if she met her? Search Daniel Craig - the pics are on page 14. There is also someone behind Eva - is that her boyfriend?
So basically he can make or break her in the industry. That is too much power for a man to have over your life don’t you think?
To #165 - I don’t think at this moment there is a choice… she’s obviously made it somewhat in the industry… If there is a break it won’t be on Daniel’s part right now.
no she didnt meet the Queen only the cast did, yes its Eva’s bf behind her
daniel isnt there to make or break her, i think he is just exposing her to people who could help her with her future career but if they split then those people might treat her differently
the status of their relationship would have the effect on that ‘making’ or ‘breaking’ as well as her natural talent
if she is as “nasty’ as many people say and that i have heard, she might have to rethink her approach
Please JJ delete post 129 out of respect for Daniel’s privacy!
Thanks #167! I wasn’t aware of the “protocol” of a royal receiving line. The fact that Sats and Eva’s bf are standing behind them looks awkward but I just thought that maybe after Her Majesty exchanged pleasantries with either Eva or Daniel that they might just introduce their companions as well.
no they don’t, just the principle line up, the Queen is very formal like that
maybe Sats might meet Wills and Harry though as they are more laid back.
Being American though, she does NOT have to curtsey to them
Well, at 2:30am Eastern Time or 7:30am London Time they will have the QOS conference in Moscow (10:30am local). We will see if Rex, Getty, JJ, or any of the Brit papers have any good pics.
Thanks again #169! Nice info…

Daniel Craig’s mantra for unwinding - ‘minor bouts of alcoholism’
London, October 12 : James Bond star Daniel Craig has revealed that he prefers to unwind by going to pubs for ‘minor bouts of alcoholism’.
The Bond actor admitted that he hates it when people expect him to characteristically loosen up with paragliding or base jumping.
“I say, ‘F**k off!” the Daily Star quoted him as saying.
“I read books, go to the pub and drink’. I fulfil all those needs completely by doing these movies,” he added.
The 40-year-old star further confessed that it was his pub trips that prevented him from becoming ‘insane’.
“Maybe on Saturday night I’ll get shitfaced and sleep it off on Sunday, because if I didn’t I’d go insane.”
Despite getting wounded several times while performing own stunts for the forthcoming movie ‘Quantum of Solace’, Craig said he might not have the stamina of an athlete but he does like working out.
He added: “It comes down to getting the balls to do it. I’m not good with heights. I’m not an athlete, although I’ve always enjoyed keeping fit in between bouts of minor alcoholism.”

i meant this link, make me wonder where the help is for these people, these poor people

“Like most people over the past few weeks, I have been glued to the rolling news channels, wondering not only what is going to happen to me and my money, my mortgage, my family, my animals, but how long it will take before the global financial crisis means people start to die.
By ‘people’, I don’t mean bankers throwing themselves from Manhattan skyscrapers, but the poorest, most vulnerable inhabitants of the planet.
I have spent the past seven days in Ethiopia, which ranks 169th of 177 countries on the human development index.
What hope for the future? The collapse of several Western banks is likely to affect the poorest in Africa
People here don’t have to worry about a pension because they have a life expectancy of barely 40 years.
But I can tell you that the antics of the likes of **** Fuld, the head of collapsed Lehman Brothers, who pocketed $480million (£280million) in eight years, are already having devastating repercussions.
I am standing outside the home of Birke Woldemeskel, who is 31 but looks 60, in a town called Hossana in the south of the country.
I have driven from the capital, Addis Ababa, along the one tarmac road. It was built by
the Chinese but is now empty, bar the occasional lorry, due to soaring fuel prices.
Birke has raised her three children – a boy, Beza, 17, and two daughters, Tigist, 13, and Rediet, eight – in one room made of mud and straw, with no running water, no sanitation and no electricity.
She and her children are dressed in rags, clothes donated decades ago by the West.
It is particularly poignant to see Tigist, who has a face a million times more beautiful than any supermodel, sporting a sweater with an ancient Armani Jeans label.
Birke grows her own food – mainly cabbage and sweetcorn – that she cooks on an open fire.
She says her children eat breakfast, but nothing more. She can no longer afford to send them to school.
What makes matters worse is that her husband has left her for another woman. There is great stigma attached to being a single mother, and tradition dictates she can never marry again.
Birke says: ‘It is very difficult as a woman alone. Every day, men who have been drinking come to my house, wanting to marry my daughters, and it is getting harder to protect them.
‘I fear they will be kidnapped and I will not be able to help them. I swear to God I don’t even want them to get married, and I pray every day that my children will be able to go to the West. That is their only hope.’
All week, I have been travelling through the remotest parts of Ethiopia, watching people in rags walking in the dust, in scenes that are almost Biblical.
I see, every few yards, scenes of unimaginable cruelty. I stop my four-wheel-drive when I see a cart, overloaded with grain and pulled by a tiny donkey, trying to negotiate a rutted incline. The owner of the donkey is beating her mercilessly.
The donkey, who is valiantly doing her best, is covered in bleeding, suppurating sores from the makeshift harness (the life expectancy of a donkey here is six years – in the West, it’s 30 years). I ask the owner why he is doing this, and he tells me that he has seven children. He and his donkey transport grain for 12 hours every day in the searing heat, for the grand sum of 50 birr (£2.70) a week.
Most tragic is that, as prices have been hiked and global warming has caused the rains to fail yet again, a Mori poll reveals that, because of anxiety about the world economy, people have cut donations to charities.
Twenty-five per cent of those polled said they would stop giving to charities that help animals, and 24 per cent that they would stop donating to charities that help the developing world.
I ask Birke if she has heard of Wall Street, and she shakes her head. What would she say to the men in suits who have so mismanaged the world they have stolen her children’s future as surely as if they had been slave traders?
‘I would ask them to help me.’
Help, though, for people like Birke now seems more unlikely than ever.
Capitalism, greed, call it what you will, was meant to have a trickle-down effect. That is why those who cared about the disadvantaged (Gordon Brown?) let it flourish.
The trouble is, that little stream of hope has just dried up. While Birke cannot sleep at night, I wonder how **** Fuld does”
You know, satsuki wore that ring on her right hand during the VMA/MTV Awards in 2006 then after the New Year she wore it on her left hand…anyone notice that?
Somehow I dont think they are even engaged
