OlderAngelina Jolie: Brad Makes Me A Better Woman
Angelina Jolie reveals in the new issue of W Magazine that she had only planned on adopting children but after falling in love with Brad Pitt, he changed her mind.
Here are some quotes from the mag via People:
On Brad changing her mind about giving birth to her own children: “I think one of the life changing things that he did, one of many, is that I was absolutely never going to get pregnant. I never felt that it was the right thing to do… I suppose I just looked at him and loved him and just felt open to (getting pregnant). I suddenly wanted to. It’s one of those things you can’t explain.”
On Brad seeing adopted children Maddox and Zahara: “I knew that he would never see them as different, and that gave me a certain peace.”
On having three children with Brad: “I wouldn’t trade that experience for the world. It taught me a lot about life, just the process of it, and now we have three other beautiful children that wouldn’t otherwise be here.”
On baring her body for the intimate W pics taken by Brad just weeks after the twins’ birth: “I’m with a man who’s evolved enough to look at my body and see it as more beautiful, because of the journey it has taken and what it has created. He genuinely sees it that way. So I genuinely feel even sexier.”
On Brad being perfect for her: “[I have] a lot of respect [for Brad. He helps me] to be better and fight hard for the things that I love. I do think that I’m in a good partnership now. I think it just needed to be the right man.”

Halo - This is not meant to be a criticism, but I just wanted to let you know I received the latest issue and Nicole Ritchie is again on the cover with her daughter Harlow (who is a cutie by the way). Ironically, Angie was on the sidebar for their first cover when Angie was at the Independent Spirit Awards, and now Angie is again on the sidebar photographed at NYFF. Anyway, it appears Nicole is following in the footsteps of Angie & Brad, and has set up a foundation called Ritchie-Madden Foundation with it’s proceeds directed to children’s causes. I would assume she received money for this shoot and that the money would go to their charitable foundation. In the magazine she goes into detail about her family life, including traveling with her daughter and jet lag. :)

Angelina was away with the kids for months.Last week she said the kids are home schooled,just like Will Smiths and many celebrity kids.She also said they are surrounded by friends in France.You did what was best for YOUR kids and good for you.Please let Angelina do whats best for HER kids which is home schooling.

They are gorgeous kids, but Will and Jada do not have the Papps following them from country to country and trespassing on private property, or trespassing at their schools to get at them.

Angelina in her element as super mum on family visit to New Orleans
New Orleans’ most famous family have visited the city again after a lengthy absence in Europe. Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt are in town checking progress on the philanthropic actor’s housing project.
Scotching rumours of strains in their relationship, the parents of six have looked more together than ever this week. They were seen embracing affectionately on an outing to the Lower Ninth Ward where Brad is committed to re-housing 150 families who lost their homes in Hurricane Katrina.
The visit has given an insight into how Angelina is handling her multi-tasking lifestyle after giving birth to twins this summer. She was clearly a hands-on mum as she took three of her children on a snack run.
Leaving new arrivals Knox and Vivienne at home with Maddox, seven, the Hollywood beauty headed for a store near the Jolie-Pitt’s £1.75-million mansion in the city’s historic French Quarter.

Yet with every great movie, there are great movie characters, and these characters were magnificent. After drawing us into their inner yearnings, we follow them on their mad pursuit of their obsessive goals. We pardon them for the most horrendous behaviors, even graphic and lethal acts of violence. And we laugh! Why? Because of the absurdity of how far a person will go to achieve his or her goal… and their wacky (derailed) train of thought. What doesn’t make sense to any rational person somehow makes complete sense to the comedic character. And that comedic character is SERIOUS about what they think it will take to get what they want.
Of course, the crazy ideas don’t work, so “out of the frying pan and into the fire” is the progression of worsening circumstances, until all hell has broken loose. In the end of “Burn After Reading,” just as in many ancient Greek tragedies, “the gods” shine on this character and clean up the mess so he or she can enjoy the freedom to live, almost unscathed. There’s actually a technical storytelling term for this. It’s called “deus ex machina, or “god from the machines”. That’s Latin for a story process that’s not cool to use nowadays, because it encourages laziness by amateurs and hack
