OlderAngelina Jolie’s W Magazine Photo Spread Revealed
W Magazine has published a bunch of the photos of Angelina Jolie and the kids, as photographed by longtime partner Brad Pitt. You can view them at WMagazine.com. (You have to click through the eight slides in the Flash slideshow.) Here are some choice excerpts from the cover article:
– Every family has its unique rites of passage, those generational milestones that mark a child’s growth and remind parents of their own similar experiences, years earlier. In the Jolie-Pitt household, one such event is the day a kid begins collecting daggers. Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt’s seven-year-old son, Maddox, like many boys his age, has lately developed a fondness for guns and knives, and Jolie proudly notes that the predilection runs in the family. “My mom took me to buy my first daggers when I was 11 or 12,” she recalls. “And I’ve already bought Maddox some things. We take him to a special shop.” She emphasizes that the knife blades are dulled so they’re not dangerous, and that the purchases are accompanied by discussions about violence. But, she says, “we also talk about samurais and about the idea of defending someone as good. We talk about everything.”
– If Jolie has a favorite possession, she says, it’s the overstuffed Tumi case that holds the family’s travel documents: Vietnamese, Namibian, Ethiopian, French and American passports, plus her own UN credentials.
– The Jolie-Pitt bedroom, of course, remains off-limits to journalists. And sometimes even to kids, Jolie declares. “The kids do knock before entering,” she says. “We’ve at least got that part down. Because Mommy and Daddy need some space.”

about Angelina beeing the most beautiful woman on the planet. ok i know the press often exaggerates……but i have to disagree. she is one of the most beautiful women in Hollywood, no contest. personally i think that Jessica Albe is the most beautiful woman in Hollywood. as for the planet, i don´t know i haven´t seen all of the women yet…lol
my two cents on the article above.
i think the pic where she eats the burger is to make fun of all the anorexic rumors spread by tabloids…..the pics do have a message, very clever.
If the cover encourages one person to breastfeed then its all worth it.Sick of watching mothers becoming anorexic because of following celebrity diet.Good cover and about time too.
She looks lovely in W Magazine, Brad is so in love with her, you can feel it.
People, is not too hard: we, her fans, want to know about her and her life.
If you are not a fan o dont want to know what she has to say, very simple, you don’t go to any site, blog, magazine that says ANGELINA JOLIE or BRAD PITT.
I don’t give a s h i t about Lindsay Lohan, Zac Efron, Katie Holmes, Tom Cruis, Jennifer Garner, etc , etc so I skip their threads even when they are always in the media.

Alba does not come close and no dis on Alba. She is pretty but so are a number of young starlets in Hollywerid. However, they do not have that something extraordinary that Jolie has. It is more than just external beauty but a daring, compassionate and in your face persona. Not the timid, insipid, worried about their own press actresses today in Hollyweird.
Phoebe, why don’t you go stare at old brad pitt pics and reminisce on how he used to be Hollywoods male Sweetheart and leave Badass jolie alone.
Don’t worry, she’ll dump your botoxed fantasy soon.

Most chidren who are in scouting or go have knives. Swiss Army knives or Pocket knives. They are taught by responsible adults how to use them.
Those can be just as deadly as a dagger. How about fire crackers? Parents give those to their kids on the 4th of July. Those can be deadly too if unsupervised. (Even sparklers can be a fire hazard) Trick or Treating? OMG!!!!
What about riding your bike without knee pads and a helmut? Pretty dangerous (although when I was a kid they did not have them).
My point is this. ANYTHING can be dangerous if the child is left unsupervised which these children are not.
This just has everyone’s knickers in a twist because they were

I don’t think the reader is supposed to understand because if the poster really wanted to get their point across, it would be reasonable to assume that the poster would be intelligent enough to spell correctly, use proper grammar, adhere to common logic and a cognitive thought process…I suspect it’s a secret game only “insiders” can play…these incoherent posters could be talking to him/herself, it could be with imaginary friends, possibly like to like minds on parallel tracks who have similar agendas…but the key is they can only understand each other…shhh…it’s best to humor them so they don’t inflict harm to themselves.

I posted this link just before going to bed this morning and laughed just now when I saw that a troll had posted the story in an effort to make Brad look bad. If the idiot had bothered to read any of the comments on the site she’d have seen where many people were correcting the person who wrote the piece about issues regarding the financing, Brad having been ready to do the picture, even Aronofsky “bailed” by signing on for the Robocop project. And the idea that Brad bailed over money is stupid because how many movies has he done since he met Angie where he’s basically working for free? BAR, TAOJJ, TOL, Babel. He even walked away from a guaranteed $20MIL payday for State of Play. Meanwhile, Marky Mark put out that dud with M. Night Shyamalan and I’m sure that didn’t exactly engender a warm feeling at Paramount, who was supposed to finance the flick. Besides, as someone else pointed out at Slashfilms - do were REALLY need another boxing movie? I think not.

Love her interview!!! She’s so open and honest!!! This is who she is, flaws and all, and not afraid to tell the world. I know she’ll get flaks from the media about buying Maddox knives. But Angie and Brad know quite well what they’re doing, teaching kids moral values and safety!!!
Love all the pics so far!! Can’t wait to see the rest. Now the brood is in Berlin, I’m sure we won’t see their pics for a looong time. I predict, next time we’ll see them together probably promoting CCOBB which will be some time in December!!!!!!

Angelina has this special Charisma that makes her that gorgeous, she looks better with age. thats the difference between her and Alba at the moment, but nevertheless i like Alba more (as beauty is concerned). its a matter of taste.

The people at dlisted and all the trolls on here love Angelina in that kind of love/hate way. They want to control what she says, who she’s with, and how she raises her children. Its a weird kind of psychosis. Anycrazy, I just love when Angelina has a new movie to promote and she talks about her kids or her work and they yell, she’s over exposed. When if they bother to read her articles, which I’m sure they do, they would see that she talks about the exact same thing in the exact same way every time.
The W article is similar to her interviews when she promoted Wanted, the only new information that I can see is about the twins. And even that is very superficial. What gets me about the trolls and other brain dead people in the media, they act like they get new information. When the fact of the matter is Angie has been saying the same things for almost four years now.
That should tell you how important she is that they would take the same things that she has been saying for years and reprint it like its new. Its funny as hell. That’s why I just look at the pictures now.

Actually no, I don’t have a problem with differing opinions as long as it has some basis in fact.
Fact is, Alba is cute, however she is no way….and I mean no way the most beautiful. That was just beyond funny.
