Taylor Swift: Single But Still Smiling!
Newly single Taylor Swift glitters in a gold mini and black cowboy boots as she headlines the 18th Annual Chicago Country Music Festival at the Soldier Field Parkland in Chicago, Illinois on Sunday.
Thousands of country music fans flocked to the festival to watch the 18-year-old teen superstar perform. Girlfriend doesn’t look a tad bit heartbroken, too! Taylor put up a strong front after reportedly being dumped by Joe Jonas, 19, over the phone in early October.

TEAM TAYLOR!!! I was at this concert…she was amazing!! She is so nice…seriously people it’s okay to have your opinion but be respectful.
What was Joe supposed to do? Get her excited by flying over just to dump her? Break up via text message or email? Wait a few more months until they can see each other again and tell her then, basically leading her on like nothing is wrong?
I think he handled it in the best way he could (assuming the rumours are true) and knowing Joe, he would’ve done it in the nicest way possible.

All I know is that JB was been in Europe the past few weeks, and Taylor has been in the US. I heard the news that they “supposedly” broke up a few days ago, so obviously it had to be done over the phone since he wasn’t going to fly thousands of miles just to tell her it’s over!
I was just saying that breaking up over the phone is kind of impersonal no matter if you’re a celebrity or not . . .
But, then again, I’ve never had to break up with someone who was on a different continent before! haha!
