Christina Aguilera is Kaleidoscope Cute
Christina Aguilera works out a crazy Pucci kaleidoscope-like top and purple YSL platforms at the Africa Rising Festival in London on Tuesday night.
Tonight, the 27-year-old singer will perform at UK’s Royal Albert Hall for the ThisDay-sponsored event. Christina will be sharing the stage with the likes of Seal, Youssou N’Dour and former U.S. Secretary of State Colin Powell.
The event will also feature catwalk shows from international designers and models including Naomi Campbell, Alek Wek and Tyson Beckford.

She has the #7 song in the U.S. right now. Its the hot shot debut on Billboard.com and was #2 on itunes with close to 140,000 downloads in one week alone. She is hardly a hasbeen. She does need a new stylist and less makeup, but that shouldnt take away from her raw talent. She’s actually prettier with more natural makeup. I dont get it.

FYI, Xtina has been looking like this since 2003, so if anyone is a rip off of anyone, Lady Gaga is copying Xtina, (no offense intended 2 Lady Gaga, love her dearly), and as 2 the comparison of Brit and Xtina, there is no way you can. They r completely different. Britney tries 2 please every1 and Xtina pleases herself which is probably wat Brit should b doing. Mayb then she won’t crack again (no offense 2 Britney, fantastic artist, but in her own way). All three women mentioned r brilliant artists in their own rite, rocking their own styles and music. Xtina is a brill vocalist, with talent and charisma. she has variety in her music which is not wat Brit can say about herself. Brit may have the body, but Xtina has the brilliance.

I love this look. I love how Christina really chooses a theme for a music, and bases her look on that. Taking it from a twenty first century perspective, maybe too many colors and too much makeup– but her look is meant to be futuristic, and if you let yourself let go of your preconceived notions of what’s fashionable and what’s not– you know that it changes every few years anyway– you’ll love this outfit.
Also, she never “copied” anybody. Unlike Britney, she based her career on her voice, and she made a lot of fashion “missteps” out of her quirky taste unlike Britney who was lil miss perfect back then. In her Stripped era she was NOT like Amy Lee at all– honestly, can you look beyond the dark makeup– Amy was goth rock and Chrissy was Latina hotttttt, and her clothes were totally different. Back to Basics– creative, risky career move. And now– maybe a bit similar to some of Lady Gaga’s clothes, but still, taking a lot more risks.
Also, since when is Christina defined by her LOOKS? Hello, she’s a SINGER, so stop your superficial nonsense and objectification of women– listen to her SONGS and then tell me she’s a has-been or a wannabe.
