Gerard Butler & Shanna Moakler = New Couple?
300 hunk Gerard Butler and model/actress Shanna Moakler create quite the kissing scene at his new restaurant ‘Shin’ in Hollywood on Monday night.
Gerard, 38, and Shanna, 33, is one bizarre pairing! Shanna is the ex-wife of Blink-182 drummer Travis Barker, who is still recovering from a plane crash that left him with severe burns. (She was seen visiting him at the hospital a few weeks ago.)
WHAT DO YOU THINK of this new couple — YAY or NAY?

OMG-I can’t believe it…..got an email from a friend and surfed whosdatedwho.com….. now, I am sure this is gonna be no surprise Im not just shook my head (once again) he is in a relationship with Shanna!!!! Go figure…..like everyone sz he cant have a pic taken with anyone and the cr** starts…..

Shanna, kissed him on the cheeks, E News even said that there was NO lip action between the two of them and that she came to the opening with a girl friend and she left the party with that same girl friend, They are not a couple, they were just at the same event . which by the way, is not HIS restaurant , there were a bunch of investors into the restaurant, it is owned by a guy who’s last name is Shin, hence the name SHIN for the restaurant
I guess the gossip rags really do believe that everyone is stupid. Anyone with any reasonable amount of knowledge about Gerard Butler knows that he’s gay. There’s never a substantiated relationship just an undetailed blurb here and there “hinting” that something might be between Gerry and Girl X. Then I guess we’re supposed to believe that this man’s taste in women ranges from the likes of Naomi Campbell to Jennifer Aniston. Not buying it. Such the ladies man but yet he’s always leaving the clubs in the company of other men.

Thought I’d clear up the kissing pic. My friend is a huge Gerard butler fan and she emailed me the link. I’m a photographer and the pic of them ‘kissing’ has been blurred using computer software. It is NOT accidently out of focus by the camera lens, which is obviously what it’s meant to look like. The larger version of this image on tmz shows how dodgy the blurring effect is.
Relax girls, the picture is NOT real. It’s actually quite a poor and dodgy attempt to blur the image. I’ve shown it to my manager and he just laughed. It’s pretty bad.
Hope all Gerard butler fans are a little bit relieved now.

Well it looks like Gerry’s PR people have initiated damage control.They’ve issued a statement to the effect that Gerry and Shanna
are nothing more than friends,and they were not making out.
Gerry was criticized more for this than the alleged pap punchup. He took a huge hit.

The girlfriend IS the one from the golf course. Yes she must have a high tolerance level. He told the PYT at Crown Bar that he has a gf, he did NOT get her phone # ….I just don’t understand why he was flirting with her in the first place, leading her on like that! JERK!!! Would you want a boyfriend like that? NO WAY!!!
If he has a girlfriend and she is with him in LA how come he doesn’t bring her out anywhere - like the opening of his new restaurant? Seems like the perfect venue to bring a date. Not saying he doesn’t have one, but it does make you wonder….
He does bring her out…just to places you don’t expect to see them. The opening of his restaurant is not a place to bring her because it’s loaded with paps who just found their # 1 target.

I do not know if the NY girl exists and if she is in LA, but if so, I hope she does not run into his LA girl. LOL - this is why he keeps his private life private.
He really should bring his GF out. I guess he doesn’t realize that he is making her look like a fool.

If he has a girlfriend the best way for him to get people to stop speculating about who he is with would be to bring her somehwere in public. I guess he doesn’t do that though so his female fans keep buying tix to his movies.
#97 Remember what happened when he brought BC out in public? The jealous fans went crazy! He learned from that experience and is more careful. Poor guy, he will NEVER live a normal and private life again.
Not to wee-wee in everyone’s wheaties, but when is it going to be enough? There can be (and will always be so) speculations, wishful thinkings, comments from those who seem to know or think they do ( not saying some dont) and opinions of who GB dates, talks to, goes out with and so on….. but it is a given though GB is a “dog” and loves all women, when he does decide he has found (I am saying he has and not his fans) he will have her with him at his side for all his events.
He would be no different than these other actors who are married or have girlfriends who have them on their arms. Patrick Swayze’s wife Lisa is often with him and one time she was hurt (wrist) by getting caught in a fan rush but this did not stop them. They love each other and Patrick made it clear she is his wife. Why would Gerry not be any different? He’s said numerous times he hasn’t found that certain someone….why cant this be accepted? Privacy has nothing to do with it if you really and truely love someone. Some have said BC was done dirty when with him……. me personally I believe 2 sides is to a story…..meaning what did she do to trigger irritation among his fan ranks or is is something she did to him and the fans didnt agree? Who knows.
Bottom line, if ya like ‘em you have to accept him for what he really is….human and a man. This also includes who he eventully chooses to be with-like all of us, we have a right to be happy and we choose who to be with-why cant he have the same right? If ya dont like the guy….dont worry about all this…
I dont know if he has a g/f, how many he is dating, how many nitches he has on his wooden stick and personally I dont care…… and with reading these posts, I agree with some, if he did/does have a girlfriend why keep her out of sight…… paps or not….. I think if she is so, it should be known and let the “new” wear off and everyone would go back to the usual routine (finding things to talk about) even once this was out in the open it’d be “just another actor and his g/f or wife-old news-and new stuff would be sought. I dont think Gerry is afraid of much and this would include sharing this “special person” to his fans, who also mean alot to him. Assumptions, like rumours and gossip can hurt also. Like I said this is just my opinion-dont rip me a new a**-hole to much.
