Jennifer Aniston and John Mayer are giving their romance a second chance, according to reports.
After ending their four-month relationship earlier this year, Jen, 39, and John, 30, dined at the romantic Il Mulino restaurant in Manhattan last weekend.
The night before, the couple joined friends for a dinner Boston’s Mantra restaurant.
An insider tells Star that John had been sending Jennifer emails about rekindling their summer romance: “At first Jennifer was afraid to respond to John’s messages because she was afraid he’d break her heart again. The emails were especially poetic — like love songs. He said he’d never stop loving her and he’s been very, very persuasive.”

Ghost I just happen to like pretty much everyone, and wish everyone happiness. I even like Angie , shes turned her life around and I’m very happy for her Brad and the children, But Ghost I most definitely don’t worship anyone but God. Actually Jill has really gotten me into really understanding Angie and I’m very thankful for that. I just don’t dwell on anyone’s mistakes.. You know what is really pathetic about all this? The timing is hilarious. Angelina has a 21-page spread coming out in W next Tuesday and a movie being released at the end of this month. Poor Jennifer can’t seem to get a notice in the tabs recently, except for a snarky article that she had lipo. She’s desperate to get back into the spotlight. So she runs back to Mayer and voila! All the tabs are talking about the big reunion.

Clearly, she is loosing it sanity wise. She doesn’t need a new PR, she needs therapy ! She needs it to stop being obssessed about celebrity. It’s all about that ! She is scared to death to not be recognized cause she is married to CELEBRITY and its kid : EGO.
She just lives through it and once the lights of Hollywood won’t light up for her she will sink into a deep depression. She needs to accept it, regroup herself, make peace with her mum, cause the mother is always the root of anyone existence, it’s in her womb that we have been conceived. She then needs some time alone, travelling and then working on her projects without being scared if they are not received or not, just do something she really likes, for herself, not to be recognized publicly.

Someone commented earlier about the age diff, referring to Drew Barrymore; big difference when you are in your twenties and do something cougar like, but when menopause is around the corner, the age difference is huge….in terms of just beginning the marathon run. This Lady has been working since 1990, and she survives the jungle of Hollywood.
She is not intelligent? Based on what? Your assumption? She survives with her “average look”, doesn’t she? She can handle her own business. She can make films, and she prove it. Whether as an actress, or as a director.
Her genre is comedy. It is very difficult to be funny, ask the comedians! It needs strong dosage of intelligence and understanding of timing.
She has her status to attract men? What about different angle? The men are attracted to her because of her status? And how do you know? From the tabloid, or do you know her agenda?
She has friends. Friends who are with her from early on. Like Andrea, or Matthew Perry. They are still friends. Most of people who worked together with her ending up as friend. Like Christina for example. She must have a strong beautiful inner soul.
You know, it is okay that you don’t like somebody. But try to justify the reasons why you don’t like her and spread it in the Net is just pathetic for me. I don’t like Angelina. I make an effort to conduct myself in a way I think reflects the person I am and not a mud slinger. Maybe one day they will see the light about how they conduct themselves, but in my opinion, I don’t see it coming for a long time. It is a shame really.
