Jennifer Aniston and John Mayer are giving their romance a second chance, according to reports.
After ending their four-month relationship earlier this year, Jen, 39, and John, 30, dined at the romantic Il Mulino restaurant in Manhattan last weekend.
The night before, the couple joined friends for a dinner Boston’s Mantra restaurant.
An insider tells Star that John had been sending Jennifer emails about rekindling their summer romance: “At first Jennifer was afraid to respond to John’s messages because she was afraid he’d break her heart again. The emails were especially poetic — like love songs. He said he’d never stop loving her and he’s been very, very persuasive.”

I watch many pictures of her lately, and it breaks my heart to see sadness in her eyes. A thin layer of mist hangs there in those beautiful blue eyes…I can only say, if he really loves her, and she really loves him…why not?
I wish nothing but happiness for Jen. There were days when happiness seemed so close, and smile was upon her face. Okay, John needs to do some grown-up…..but why not?
Women, lay off, you can not, I repeat can not, make a man do something he does not want or is not ready to do!!

Please, Jen has a movie to promote. Brad and Angelina are in the news with the magazine article and photos too. They didn’t look ‘that’ together when they were together, very awkward set of public displays if you ask me. John dumped her and he is a bit of a man ho, so this can’t be really serious. Jen is pretty, but totally pathetic. John is a delightful musician, but a huge egocentric boy. He’s been quiet lately because of the flap about his TMZ comments saying he dumped her because it wasn’t right. This is a way for him to get back in the spotlight and to his way of thinking, maybe a way to make up for that huge publicity gaffe.

John lost a lot of street cred by telling all about his breakup with Anniston. He was pathetic. Now CLEVER John has a new plan to redeem himself - if his worried manager didn’t think of it for him that is. He’ll date her again and do the breakup differently this time. What a low life.

Aniston and her PR team was hoping that Gerald Butler, a hot actor du jour, would play along their PR game. But alas he prefers real women, not a PR fake relationship. He got pictured with several women in these past few weeks, so of course Aniston had to revive something = PR boyfriend. Well whatever you think would work, but still she cannot get a B-romcom (Management) distributed.
