Christina Aguilera shows off her assets while out having a romantic dinner with husband Jordan Bratman at L’Atelier de Joel Robuchon restaurant in London’s Covent Garden on Thursday.

Christina does have breast implants but I do believe that she is pregnant in these photos. She looks very thick around the waist.
To answer your question, no, silicone does not cause cancer. It also is not painful but only if they go under the muscle. I’ve had my breasts done too. I’m happy with them.
Just cause you got ‘em, doesn’t mean you should flaunt them veiny ass things to the whole world!
