Changeling star Angelina Jolie is all smiles during a USA Today photo shoot with director Clint Eastwood, his wife Dina and their daughter Morgan, 11.
“Hey, Dina and Morgan would sure like to get a look at those twins later,” Clint said to Angie during the photo shoot. “Me too… though I didn’t want to say so.”
Angie also recently gave a great interview to The New York Times. Highlights are as follows:
On falling in love on the set of Mr. & Mrs. Smith: “Not a lot of people get to see a movie where their parents fell in love.” (Yes, Brad Pitt was still married to Jennifer Aniston).
On not being ready for her six children to see racy internet pictures of herself: “[Maddox will] look up my name and see some kind of sexy pictures, or read a story about himself that isn’t true. There’s a lot we’re going to have to explain to them about how public their family is.”
On her kids looking at mom and dad as nerds: “What’s going to be funny is when they think Mom and Dad are a little bit cool, because right now, we’re not cool Mom and Dad. Even video games, you know, it’s: ‘Mom, you can’t play this. You don’t know how… They all think I can’t do anything, that I’m just there to snuggle with. But the other day, Madd said, ‘Can you do a cartwheel?’ and I said, ‘Yeah I can.’ And he was like, ‘Wow, Mom.’ And I thought ‘Oh, yeah. I can do some things. You wait. You’ll find out. I’m capable.”

Does it really matter anymore? All parties have moved on with their lives. What is really sick about this scenario is the people who can’t leave the past in the past.
And both sides are guilty of this- those who keep restating that they hate Brad and Angelina (you all obviously post here to get their fans worked up) and those who keep stating how they hope Jennifer Aniston has a miserable life (which sort of makes you as guilty as the people you jump on for criticizing Brad and Angelina- who would actually wish harm or misery on another person you don’t even know?)
What happened between Brad and Jennifer or Brad and Angelina is really never going to be fully known- all you have are the interviews given by each party. It’s always been a private matter and really should remain so.
But seriously, move on and forget this who did what to whom conspiracy obsession. Brad and Angelina appear happy- and even if they aren’t, they have six beautiful children who deserve respect and need the love and care of their mom and dad. Jennifer Aniston has also moved on- new movies and a new man. While we may not agree with all of their decisions, I find it crazy to choose sides when we don’t know any of these people.
Just enjoy them for who they are and hope that any regrets they have will be between them and their faith system. And I hope most everyone here will wish the best for everyone (and this includes Brad, Angelina, their respective families, their six wonderful children, and Jennifer and her family).

Wow, “home wrecker” That’s a pretty harsh name calling to call someone when there wasn’t a home to wreck in the first place. Let’s face it, the dude felt in love with another woman because he was no longer compatible with his wife. What’s wrong with that? Sometimes, people just wake up and realize they don’t share the same beliefs and so on with their spouses anymore. Is it wrong? Of course not.
Why don’t you guys give him some credits that he wasn’t compatible with his wife anymore instead of calling him and his lover cheaters, whereas even JA didn’t call them cheaters? Calling them cheaters makes JA look bad, as she didn’t have the “it” factor her husband was into; therefore, he had to cheat on her. Don’t you think this thinking degrading her values?

Cliniqua forewarned us a few threads ago what was going to happen with the “fell in love” remark. People seem to have totally forgotten what Angie said in January 2007 in the Vogue issue.
“Because of the film we ended up being brought together to do all these crazy things, and I think we found this strange friendship and partnership that kind of just suddenly happened. We just became kind of a pair. And it took until, really, the end of the shoot for us, I think, to realize that it might mean something more than we’d earlier allowed ourselves to believe.”
Sorry, I don’t know how to bold individual sentences, but take note of her last comment. It was the end of the shoot before they realized how they really felt towards each other.
Yes, this really is old news. It’s good to know that Brad & Angie don’t wallow in this stuff and just focus on their family, humanitarian projects, and movie projects.

I have often wondered why it is so easy for people to hate Angelina. I once posted a comment in which I said that i thought she should be more private and not give so much away. Well today i have changed my mind big time… i will explain why
I was eating ice cream today and thought about Angelina. I only had svanilla and wanted something to add to it. Then I thought about Angie. I know that many people find vanilla borring.. But I think Angelina is Vanilla. Vanilla is not bland, it stands on its own. It is the base for all other flavors. You would have no chocolate or strawberry without Vanilla. She is THE ONE. She needs nothing else to enhance her. She can stand alone. While I am not a big fan of Jennifer’s, I have wondered why it was so easy for so many people to side with her. Why it was so easy to paint Jen as the victim.. It is because she is Strawberry… Without the berries and other flavor she is nothing. She needs the extra to make her stand. Vanilla needs no such help. I then thought about all the icons that have come and gone. What made them special. Why do we talk about them so many year later…They are Vanilla. They are long lasting. They need no other additions to make them special. Marilyn Monroe is still talked about to this day. Women are still compared to her after all these years. Her words and actions are quoted, and written about even to this day. There will only be one Marilyn. Madonna is Vanilla. A woman in her own right. Making her own choices; love her or hate her. While I am not comparing these women to her, There is only one Angelina Jolie. But they are all Vanilla. Others are compared to her, others want to be her. She walks a Red carpet.. and there is no one else there. Halle was named the sexiest woman alive… Nothing big on the web front/papers. She even talked about her orgasms/No big whoop… Angie says she bought Madd a knife…It made the headlines everywhere. She is Vanilla… When she speaks all listen. Her words are analyzed and mulled over for days. If she said she hated M&M’s we would see it on the nightly news. Why because she is Vanilla. She is Damned if she does, and Damned if she doesn’t speak.. So i say Speak all you Fu***** want to. Say whatever pops in your head. Talk about loving you man and kids.Talk about your love for each other, Talk about how he loves you and you him. Talk about you movies and their success. Talk about all the Directors who would kill to work with you. Talk about adopting and world causes. TALK TALK TALK.
I as a fan, and I think the other fans should join me and thank the haters for their part in her success. you are unable to let her go, you crave any mention of her. You seek her out like a moth to a flame. You have quoted every word she has ever said. You remember every article in which she has given an interview.. Vogue, Elle, W. Reader’s Digest, Glamour..etc. I am a fan, and you have made it possible for me to know what mags to purchase so that I can read her interviews. I find it so strange that you would waste you time on a “*****, ****, homewrecker. etc. Yet you know every word that comes from her mouth. I have never heard Jen’s defenders quote her. At least she’s getting closer to admitting that yes, they had an affair. How sad the state of the society is when we start condone infidelity on any level. Their marriage had an expiration date. They werent suited for each other to begin with… add to that the fact that Aniston is neurotic, and has a lot of issues and insecurities — well, Brad could only take so much. It’s been said that he himself was in therapy the first year of their marriage.
You can’t choose who you fall for. But you can fall in love with someone and not act on it. I’ve been there, it’s hard. But it’s called restraint. You keep your feelings to yourself until the time comes when you can act on it. I believe that’s what Brad and Angie did.
I’m glad they met on the set of MAMS and fell in love. Both are now happy and contented.

angie said she and brad fell in love making the film. by no stretch of the shrieking pain of the hags is that admitting of an affair!!??? just that love was developing but they each respected where they were in their life and would not act on their feelings until brad was legally separated and x had filed for divorce.
For the last time–ANGELINA, BRAD, AND JENNIFER ALL SAY THEY DIDN’T HAVE SEX UNTIL BRAD AND JENNIFER SEPARATED AND HAD DECIDED TO DIVORCE i. e. THERE WAS NO INFIDELITY, AND ANGELINA IS NOT A HOMEWRECKER.
Why is this so hard to believe? Do these doubters have so little personal self control that they can’t be with the opposite sex without jumping each other? I have no problem believing that Brad and Angie did lots of flirting, long soulful gazing at each other, and fantasizing hotly during the making of M/M Smith, but did not consummate their relationship until Brad had ended it with Jennifer. Once he did that he was free to be with Angie. She did not allow him to before that point. She is rigid about that because of her mother’s experience. Why is that so difficult for people to believe. Ever heard of the waiting making it so much better?
These people are adults after all. Even if your hormones are screaming you can behave honorably. Brad and Angie did. Even Jennifer believes that. You people who scream they were unfaithful must know more than the woman involved. Psychic or something?
Now for those who say he shouldn’t have gotten in Angie’s knickers until he was divorced for six months. Well, grow up people.
Now, with that off my chest–I loved the interview. I love how Angie is maturing and blooming. When she talks about the family they are building as their greatest accomplishment, rather than the multi-million dollars their movies make it warms my heart. I know I couldn’t handle that many kids but I admire them for what they are doing. I imagine it will be a whole lot of fun growing up in the Jolie-Pitt household, warts and all. It is so beautiful to see so many different people joined together to love and support each other.
I really don’t understand why so much hatred is directed toward this beautiful family. I also wonder how that much all the negative energy poured out on them affects their lives. Love has a vibration. So does hate. If they end up breaking up I will blame all that hated spewed at them for ruining things.
But I hope it doesn’t happen. Their hopes and dreams of a big, loving, multi-race family is a worthy and beautiful goal that deserves to flourish and survive. I hope to see this couple toddling down the red carpet in their eighties still loving and respecting each other as they accept lifetime achievement awards for lives well spent. I hope no matter what the tabloids spew out–ENCOURAGING PEOPLE TO HATE BRANGELINA FOR SINS THEY’VE NEVER COMMITTED–that Brad and Angie can laugh it off and live their lives happily ever after. That their kids grow up to be productive happy adults.
I don’t know why I care so much for this family, but they touch my heart and always have. Happily ever after didn’t work out for me. But that didn’t make me so jealous and bitter that I can’t hope for it to work out for someone else. And as far as I’m concerned Brad and Angie deserve to have it work out for them. May their family flourish and their love just keep growing stronger. What is wrong with so many people in this world that they can’t wish these two lovely people and their children all the best? And may God surround and protect them from all the negative and hateful energy directed at them.
