Brad Pitt’s Futuristic Odyssey
Brad Pitt is currently teaming up with George Miller to adapt Homer’s The Odyssey.
Warner Bros reportedly plans to take a futuristic look in outer space at the great journey of Odysseus. Variety reports that the hope is that Pitt will star and Miller will direct, with Pitt’s Plan B producing.
The storyline centers on the 10-year journey home of Greek general Odysseus following the fall of Troy.
Odysseus was the king of Ithaca and devised the Trojan Horse which aided the Greeks’ razing of Troy in the Homeric poem The Iliad.
George Miller directing the film may be contingent on whether Justice League, which he was set to direct, falls through or not.
WHAT DO YOU THINK of Brad Pitt in a futuristic version of The Odyssey?

Brad is not a saint and never said he was nor has any one else.
Sounds interesting but will wait and see. All depends on the screemplay. A good writer could adapt to sci fi.
By the way idiots aging is a fact of life the other alternative is death. He is not going to look 25 forever, no one will. He is still a handsome man.

The first image of Brad Pitt from Quentin Tarantino’s Inglourious ******** has just arrived online (see below gallery and click to enlarge). In the film, Pitt plays Lt. Aldo Raine, who leads a group of Jewish-American soldiers during WWII called ‘The ********’. For these men, their job is to track down and viciously murder Nazis in an attempt to provoke fear in the Third Reich. ******** is currently in production in Germany, and stars Diane Kruger, Mélanie Laurent, Christoph Waltz, Daniel Brühl, Eli Roth, Samm Levine, B.J.
