Selena Gomez takes along her mom Mandy (pictured below) to the grand opening of the Carlin Collection launch held at the Carlin Atelier boutique in Los Angeles on Friday.
At the launch, the 16-year-old Wizards of Waverly Place star rubbed shoulders with designer Octavio Carlin at the Carlin Atelier. (Atelier is the French way of saying artist’s studio.)

This designer is just starting out…which explains why he can only get a C-list “celebrity”.
If I was in charge of her PR I would’ve told her to at least try on some things and have the designer look like he’s fitting her for a gown/dress.
