Suri Cruise Loves Sundaes & Cones
Suri Cruise gets one leg up on dad Tom Cruise while out for some ice cream on Saturday afternoon at Sundaes & Cones in the East Village neighborhood of New York City.
Looks like Suri is showing Tom who’s boss! (She’s wearing Janie and Jack’s Silk Rose Print dress.)
Sundaes & Cones is located near the Holmes-Cruise apartment in Manhattan. You can check it out yourself at 95 E 10th St (btwn 3rd and 4th).

Suri looks cute.. if I didnt know about the weather in NYC, I wouldnt worry about her style of dressing.. Since it is fall and the temp is supposedly in the high 50s (fahrenheit) , a spring dress looks odd. Why doesnt Katie shop in NYC, there are scores of specialty boutiques to shop from and they will have dresses in fabric suited for the season.. i.e. if Suri only wants to be in dresses..
Suri Cruise is likely autistic. My autistic daughter always had the same beautifully serene quiet look, as well.
She covers her ears in public, never smiles, can’t sit still for a haircut, doesn’t like to wear jackets (my daughter once bit a hole through a jacket sleeve), doesn’t play with other children, etc.
too bad scientology sees autism as a personal weakness, and will deny little Suri any help she needs if she is in fact on the spectrum.
Is there any record of Suri actually talking yet?

tomkat need to realize that by “showing off” their child like that only shows what kind of awful parents they are. to treat their child like some kind of show-dog and to let their daughter dress like that in such a chilly, cold weather in NYC.
I really don’t care if she wears dresses that she picks out herself everyday all day, but I would hope her parents would have the sense to at least give her fall/winter dresses to choose from and put away the summer clothes.
I mean , if they want Suri in charge of her own choices , at least have sensible choices for her to choose from. She is only 2 1/2 ,she doesn’t know any better .She will always choose what she thinks is pretty over what is appropriate. It’s the parents job to help her.
She wasn’t just walking to (or being carried to )the car , she was on her way to get ice cream , wearing a SUMMER dress in NYC on a cool/cold fall day…That is just stupid.

bobs, I actually watched that video last night. She doesn’t talk at all in the video. In fact, seeing her lack of emotion in this video really concerns me.
I just worry that if she IS autistic, she will meet the same fate as Jett Travolta.
The Co$ views autism as a personal weakness, and will use their own “methods” to treat Suri.
6 mos ago, I noticed Suri’s lack of emotion while watching a bit about her on tv, and instantly was remonded of my daughter at that age. Since then, it seems as though Suri may be regressing into autism even further, and I am beginning to see other signs as well, the unkept hair, the lack of a jacket, not being able to walk on her own often, ignoring other children at the playground, never making eye contact with her parents.
She appears the same way my daughter did at that same age- until we got her the right treatment!
I pray that I am dead wrong, however I am not the only one who has noticed this about little Suri.

Yes she does talk. Ans she laughed right before she left the ice cream parlor. Right before she got into the car, a lady said she was so cute. Tom whispered in her ear “say thank you” and she said quietly…thank you! Watch her lips and watch Tom when he’s holding her right before they get into the car. You can barely hear it, but if you watch and listen closely, you’ll hear her. I had to rewind it like 5 times. But, I am sure she spoke. Watch it again, you’ll see.
bobs, you should learn what echolalia is, and how children with autism have this for language, instead of true communication.

Posts like this just confirm that most of the fans who post here are a little off. You have that Wolf/Cat/whatever guy who has a real problem, the nuts who keep posting the same thing using different names, and those who wish bad things on the “haters” (without realizing that they are actually the haters for saying something like that) which seems to be anyone who has less than a perfect view of Katie and Tom.

No, I’m not including myself. I looked at the pics, read a few comments on the last page and moved on….like a normal person. I certainly didn’t watch a video 5 times grasping at straws and hoping I MIGHT hear a child speak. In the real world, that’s quite insane….but atleast you admit your insanity. That’s good. Now the next step would be to seek help. NOW!!
As far as Sybil being your aunt, congratulations! It seems that mental health issues run in the family. I certainly have no problem with that since it isn’t my problem. Just for your personal edification, Sybil had several split personalities from years of abuse. You seem to be suffering from an obsession with a couple of idiots and a delusional personality disorder. Two different things! Yours is much more easily controlled. Step away from the computer, stop spending so much time listening for Suri’s voice (in vain, by the way) and seek out a medical professional. You might also try spending your time with real people in the real world, rather than endlessly looking at a video of the child of someone you are infactuated with. That would be a good start.

Just as an outside observer, it is very clear that both “Harper” and “Clark Kent” are a little obsessed with Suri Cruise. Who takes the time to viciously respond to prior comments - seriously guys, who cares.
Yes it is inappropriate to dress the child like that for photos given the weather is very cold here in NYC lately, I know, I live here. Regardless, she looks cute and I wish that would be the main focus instead of you whacked out pundits ripping everyone who disagrees with you a new one via the JJ comment section. I’m sorry, but why are we making such harsh statements about Suri. To say she is autisic is a big statement when we don’t even know her. I couldn’t imagine what life is like for this little 2&1/2 year old??? Whenever she is in the public eye with her parent(s), she is always being mobbed by the paps and it has to be upsetting to her since many times she just wants to hide in her parent(s) arms. She is an adorable little girl who seems healthy and happy when she is with her family and that is normal!
The only problems that I have with these pictures are that she needs to be dressed warmer with even a little sweater like Tom is wearing and that would be fine. The dress is very pretty and if it is a spring dress, then just cover her little arms with a little red sweater and she would still look “in style”. The issue with her hair is that when her hair is over her eyebrows, it’s time for a trim. I would think that if her hair was wet, it would be close to her little nose. I really think that she would be much happier with her bangs cut as well. I really doubt they are letting them grow out since it seems that they would be already parting her hair and using clips or even a head band. I’m guessing but I think a trim is probably days away now.
Okay #150 but I think it’s another case of critics trying to find something that isn’t there.
There are PLENTY of photos here showing her smiling and laughing and being happy.
She’s not autistic, #154. She only covers her ears when (wait for this) when paparazzi are shouting at her. She smiles ALL the time. Why do people ‘conveniently’ miss such pics? Who says she can’t sit still for a haircut or doesn’t like jackets? She plays with other kids.
