Jude Kids On The Block
Jude Law wears a very colorful cashmere vest and classic Ray-Ban Wayfarers as he takes his two youngest children — Iris, who turns 8 on Saturday, and Rudy, 4 — to the toy store in North London on Tuesday. (Mom is actress Sadie Frost.)
The 35-year-old British actor has been sporting a mustache lately for his role as Dr. Waston in the Guy Ritchie-directed detective flick Sherlock Holmes. Robert Downey Jr. plays the title character of the film.
WHAT DO YOU THINK of Jude’s bright new look — HOT or NOT?

I used to adore this man until he had the big FUC_ with the nanny and then, well, I just don’t dig the man anymore….
An other post !!!
You girls don`t stop!
I`m having a great time with this girl talk! I never have the time or opportunity to do that because i`m always changing diapers or washing baby clothes, so I`m loving it!
I really hope that you all get to know him, if you do, tell him that Nina Catanni wishes him all the best on his role at London stage! He will remember me.
I will try to go there too ! I never saw him on stage !

Cheryl, the awful true is that, what happened to Jude with the nanny happens to everybody at least one time. The thing is that not every one is exposed to the world like he is.
Don’t be so hard on Jude
Honestly if I had to face that cold hearted slag in bad every night I might have diddled the nanny and the goat!
He stood up and said he was sorry. Stikkyenne made the next year of his life a living hell. He’s paid his dues.
Thanks for sharing your story Nina. You got to talk to him for 20 minutes! You lucky lucky woman. What an experience. I am so jealous. He travels so much, I guess our best chance to meet him would be to hang out at the airport lounge.
He was eating yellow m&m’s? I didn’t know you get them in yellow over there. They only sell multi-coloured ones where I am.
About the photos of his kids, I agree they’re intrusive and I’m sure he doesn’t want them splastered on the internet. But I admit I love photos of him with his kids. That said, I would not complain if such photos are outlawed.
And most importantly, the multi-coloured sweater vest! The vest and T combo is no good but he has worn it before with a grey suit (see photo here http://www.thesun.co.uk/sol/homepage/showbiz/bizarre/article1693637.ece) and I think it looks smashing (though I am probably in the minority).
Love Jude! Thanks for the photos JJared.
oh CORY!
You made me laugh so hard!
I`m laughing until tears roll down thru my face!
You are so rigth !!!

You are so rigth! And I`m loving this blog!

Hello Daphne!
When i said yellow m&m’s I wanted to say the peanut ones :) with the yellow rap. He had a big bag of them so I think he likes it.
Meeting him was really a very nice experience! He is very funny and interested in what ever you are saying to him and he is much more handsome in person!
Go see his play in London, if you get the chance :)
Hi Nina,
Of course you mean the peanut m&m’s in the yellow bag! Haha how silly of me, I didn’t think of that.
I saw Jude in person in Toronto last year on a public set of Repossession Mambo. Sadly I never got to talk to him or anything like that. He was filming so I only got to watch. He is out-size beautiful!
I got tickets to see Hamlet! For the first night May 29!
well, he looks like he’s getting the h*ll out of somewhere & fast. Understandable, I suppose. Prob. didn’t care about going incognito with that gawdawful sweater. But that always gives me a chuckle imagining him digging some of his more questionable clothes out of a forgotten drawer and the thought process that made him decide to wear it out of the house. Doesn’t explain the movie-star wayfarers, though……
Iris is Jude’s mini-me, or so it seems to me. What a beautiful woman she’ll grow up to be. Daddy’s girl forever…. & why not?
p.s. Nina: thank you for your “brush with greatness” anecdote. Love to hear stories like that. I travel through English airports with some regularity but have never had the pleasure of running into him. Not sure I would be able to string two words together even if I did! And when you say, “meeting that man makes any marriage shakes” it only confirms that I shouldn’t approach him were I lucky enough to be in the position to do so. Very confusing for the hubby & kids, ya know?
Thanks Mr. Jared !
Is he wearing that infamous gray shirt underneath the colorfull sweater?!!! Heh, heh!, Gotttta love Him! The choice of clothing may not be HOT but DANG, The man sure is HOT! BTW, His kids are the cutest thing! ; D

Lucky lucky you Daphne !
I would love to go to the theater in London and see Jude on stage too but it will be difficult because i have three babys at home, well… we will see…
You will have to tell me all about it when you come back from London!
:D
@Nina
I absolutely agree with you (about Jude’s reaction if he sees his children pics)!
Btw, Jude certainly gave “Bright Sunny Day” a brand new definition!
Jude, tell me your size, I will knit for you a jumper/vest that match your eyes, your smile, your…..*sigh*
Just tell me what to do Babe, I’ll be right on it, straight away. Wrapped on me, delivered specially in front of your door…
DOLORES & NINA
Thank you so much for sharing your encounter with our “Bright Sunny Day”, quoting our friend RIEN.
It must be quite an emotion to see him in the flesh !! WOW !!!
I hope I will bump in to him next summer in London !
SANDY
Your day will come too! I hope you can add your story here pretty soon !
I really think it will happen to you this summer too! ;)
Cheers everyone!
i think the kids gave him the vest so he honors their taste by wearing it…..as i mentioned before….. jude is somewhat color blind so maybe he thinks the colors are soft pastels…
nina, as far as jude affecting a marriage. my husband has given up on me……he shares his home with jude law. as a matter of fact he likes jude. thinks he’s very intelligent after watching him be interviewed and very handsome and likes his acting. of course he has no choice…it’s love jude OR……….
Thank you Nina and Isa . Your stories and your reaction and your delight in what we say here (and on such other public forums such
as IMdb and Law News ) add the spring to our step and the smile to our face. We’re all glad to get to know you and find that we all share
the same thoughts and opinions about Jude. he is one helluva guy!
I really hope that I will have that opportunity to meet him this summer
in London along with possibly ;of meeting some of those People I have regularly been keeping in contact with. It would make the trip even more fun , exciting, and worthwhile.
I am not crazy about the raiinbow vest or even the t-shirt but he gets to
choose his own clothes and I am sure he has multiples of the ones he likes and just feels more comfortable in certain styles . He knows what he is doing. (it does make it easier to spot him in a crowd - we know what he is wearing!
It’s not a crowd I want to fight through to see him but a lovely little si-
down talk like you had Nina. what a stroke of luck. But I wil ltake any-
thing I get this summer and I’m sure all of us lucky ladies who manaage to see him face to face will be reporting on our good luck,
You’re doing great Jude, - I give you an A….- !!!
Thank you for your story Nina!
Personnally I doubt I’d be able to talk to him for 20 minutes. I think I’d faint first or loose the ability to make sense if I was lucky enough to meet him. Probably a good thing for my husband ;-)
pole,
the thing about jude is how he listens. he looks at you with those piercing grey, green crystal colored eyes. his brow always a bit furrowed and when he smiles whomever he is talking too develops a very serious ailment called judeitus. it makes your heart beat very rapidly…you develop an impediment in your speech,
(stutter) or loss of speech, your knees start to buckle and you feel faint….been there…..done that…..
The fact about Jude is that ,unlike his ex wife, he adores being with his kids, reading to them collecting them from school AND being alone with them-he doesnt (unlike the unlovely Sadie) rely on a possee of nannies, house keepers, paid relatives to do the work of parenting for him, this pic sats it all-dont see the woolly see the man/father. Judes work in Afghanistan is a credit to him as is his example of parenting. Cant wait for his next film and of course Hamlet-he’ll knock lightweight Tennent back into the Tardis.
wait….wait….wait………V neck t-shrt WITH V neck sweater vest……………..EEEESH…………….I use to love him….but now…….
wait….wait….wait………V neck t-shrt WITH V neck sweater vest……………..EEEESH…………….I use to love him….but now…….
Dolores, the problem is that I think I already suffer from judeitus.. Can you imagine my condition if I were ever so lucky as to meet him in real life?
maleview2, I’m also really looking forward to watching Hamlet. I’m a bit annoyed with Kenneth Branagh though.. Grandage is a good director it seems but I’m sure a lot of people (Jude included!) were very excited about Branagh being a part of the project.. for him to drop out because of money seems quite disapointing..
POLE;
Yea! I feel the same way.
Hamlet was a project of booth …
Pole, I feel the same way about the judeitus too :P
