i wonder how jude really feels about ken branagh opting to direct the film(big bucks) instead of working with him on hamlet. ( working for scale)….ken was at lunch with jude when he said to him jude you must do it, according to a nearby observer. in other words ken convinced him to play hamlet , ken would direct and now he’s not on board.
that said grandage will be fine. he’s an excellent director…he just directed branagh in ivanov and the reviews were ecstatic….

yes. jude is the face of martini in russia only. he will appear in their ad campaign. as you may know he is also the face of dunhill in asia and europe as well as christian dior in europe…not the u.k. these corporations are jumping on the bandwagon to utilise THAT face.

Isa you dn’t have the ads for Vodka becauwe russians drink Vodka like water and you drink wine, all kinds of delicisious wine. That’s
better. As for what Jude really likes, besides beer, it may be a vodka]
martini or tonic but i don’t really know and I think at this point when
he gets finished doing a few different ommecials he may not want to
really say. (I put champagne in a class of its own. He likes that too.)

Wht we all really like is the advertising! This Martini thing came out of
the blue, we didn’t know he was doing it or when he did it till after.
But these two commercials are very lovely. The first one, the interview
is self-xplanatory and the second one shows them making the ad
and is very istructive of what going into making these commercials
which look so easy to do but for particular phtographers are not.

we are all like clones of one another. we all feel the same way about jude. words don’t quite describe him accurately…he’s a knockout….you are right….the way he moves…he slithers and struts…..oh yes….i’ll bet he makes portugal a little brighter….

My vocabulary is very limited because I`m portuguese, but when it comes to Jude my inspiration just blooms ….He is so extraordinary…. It`s really hard to find words to write about him.

Whoa JaneB. Jude may hate the celebrity life but even he knows he reaps its benefits. He has weighed the pros and cons and he said himself that he’s lucky to have the life he has, to be able to travel and do the things he wants and raises his children the way he wants. Do you think he can afford any of that if all he does is “live for his art and his children”. Get a grip woman, and lighten up. We are FANS and we love the guy, and we enjoy talking among ourselves about him. If you don’t like it, then get lost. You don’t speak for Jude. None of us does.

JANE B, when i see reactions like yours i think…. that is someone whom doesn´t have the skills of laugh, of having fun, or to think strait, or even communicate with others! Probably because of an empty, unsatisfactory and bitter life. Lighten up girl! We are not hurting anybody ! We are not intruding on Jude`s personal life or privacy! We are not hurting his children! We like the guy and we have fun and laughs when we talk among ourselves about our lovely Jude! What is wrong with that? To be a celebrity was his choice! ! Who are you to come here bashing everyone? Who are you to come here on his defense?? Defense from what?? Are you also in delusion ? Or are you just a troll? By the way, we all have great men in our beds, some of us are very haply married for decades and, thanks God, we do have very solid and satisfactory carers! And yes! We do know each others outside this blog!
