Korean pop princess BoA is breaking into the America scene with her first English single, “Eat You Up”.
The track, produced by Bloodshy & Avant, hails from her upcoming English debut album, Look Who’s Talking. Later this year, the 21-year-old singer is expected to release a remix of “Eat You Up” featuring rapper Flo Rida. Watch the music vid below!

This song sounds okay. It has a good beat and is catchy. Kinda reminds me of Britney Spears with all the dancing. The only bad thing I think is her accent. I was surprised that this was the same singer of “Every Heart” from the Inuyasha anime. I didn’t get “Eat You Up” at first which means that other people that never heard of Boa probably won’t get it either.
I’ve been a BoA fan for 5 years and even I believe many of these comments are biased or “faked” which is sad I think you people should F’n stop, but also there are alot of shall I say “haters” here. So here is my unbiased comment, I myself think the song is good but it could have been better and its not her best, its going to be hard for her to make it in the US. The video itself is OK. I personally don’t think shes a copy of anyone but I can understand from someone who just saw this video that they may think that but I suggest also looking at her other videos and listening to other songs of her. From a BoA fan of many years I hope she does well and i’ll like to see more unbiased comments from others instead of the “go back to japan” (shes from korea) and “I love her sooo much blah blah shes the best”. Crap..

First off, thank you Jared for featuring BoA.
Honesty, I think it’s pathetic that some BoA fans are pretending and faking responses. As a BoA fan myself, I want to know what other people who have never heard of her think of her. As for the song and the m/v, it’s okay. I’m not particularly fond of the song mainly because of the lyrics but the beat is good and the chorus is very catchy. I personally think the m/v is really good. It showcases her great dancing (although a bit repetitive) and it shows her natural beauty unlike the other version of the m/v. I think someone mentioned that it was unattractive that she was in baggy clothing and I just want to say that she’s very attractive. it’s just that Americans are too used to seeing mainstream music artists half naked and dancing in suggestive ways.
Give this girl a chance is all I’m asking.
And rate her honestly and unbiasedly. And please don’t judge her by her race. After all that has happened in history (ex. segregation) we should know better than to make judgements based on a person’s race, ethnicity, color, religion, culture etc.
