It makes perfect sense, Bilson is feeding him drugs to keep him addicted and wants to get pregnant and does not care if he dies of an overdose as long as she gets his money for her and their kid. She is a rat! But if anythings happens to him Bilson will go to jail.

Look, HC is without doubt a serious junkie and the candids he’s taken for the last 18 months, the appearances he’s blown off, the rotten performances, the lies and the rude sarcastic way he’s talked to fans prove it.
