Zac Efron and Vanessa Hudgens Head Home
Zac Efron and Vanessa Hudgens arrive at LAX on Wednesday, after spending several days in New York City.
Also pictured are HSM director Kenny Ortega and Zac wearing his Declare Yourself t-shirt. Monique Coleman, Matt Prokop, and Oleysa Rulin all talked about the importance of voting in their own little videos, which you can watch here.
BTW, I saw HSM3 at a screening last night and it was, of course, AMAZING. Zanessa fans will squeal every other second of the movie. As one of my friends said, “THAT WAS THE BEST TWO HOURS OF MY LIFE.” Make sure you see the movie when it opens in theaters TOMORROW!!!!!”

I couldn’t agree more, two hours of pure joy. The movie is fantastic, so funny and charming. The dancing is beyond anything we saw in the first two. Just a whole different ball game, they really put their all into this one and it paid off, its just awesome.

Aww, was Zac carrying one of V’s bags? That is so sweet! Cannot wait to see it but I’ll probably leave the crowds and wait until it comes out on DVD. Or see it the last day its in Theaters. :)

It’s been a pleasure to watch these kids grow. The first was magical, the second was fun, but the third is so much better than the two combined. So fabulous in every way. Zac does a great job and he has really upped his game. The Wildcats have done themselves proud.

I saw it twice yesterday as I work at a theatre. I have to say I was very impressed, It was actually really good. The audicences clapped and laughed and came out smiling, not many films achieve that these days. Will be seeing it many more times having to steward, but I’m glad to say that I really now won’t mind.

So nice to hear all the great reviews from fans!!! But, it’s just pure torture waiting for the rest of us until we see it!! Honestly, I expect nothing but the sheer joy of relaxing and enjoying this movie!! The music and dancing will keep me totally entertained, oh, and of course, Troy and Gabriella.
I have to say, I have been listening to the CD in the car, and that slow version of “We’re all in this together” gets me teary every time. WHat’s up with that?? I have a feeling I”m going to get pretty sentimental seeing this end!!

It is well worth the wait for those of you who haven’t seen it. I went last night and the theatre was crowded, everyone appluaded at the end it was amazing to hear. The movie was bigger, better and just so much more fantastic than the first two. They really have done themselves proud. Troyella are adorable, and they had me in tears. Ryan is hilarious, and there are some very funny moments throughout the film.

Poppy, I’m expecting HSM3 to be a hit in all the Asian countries. I was at a store 2 days ago and they played hsm2 and bits of hsm3 songs over the sound system. It just got me more hyped. They’ve been advertising it here on some of the channels and of course, on E news. If my daughter was around I would have dragged her along with no choice in the matter in the hope of converting her.

Saw the movie yesterday and in my opinion it was a waste of money. the story line was just all more of the same and didn’t need to be on the big screen and charge people to see much of the same.

I don’t know much about Nikki Blonsky, but I saw her in HS and she was fabulous. her relationship or lack there of is no reason to be little her. the truth of the matter is that as far as real talent goes, she has more in her little finger then Efron and Hudgens combined.

Saw the movie and it was just so so. the story line was very predictable and probably geared to 7 and 8 yr. old. anyone over 10 was probably not impressed. It was lively but no substance. I think the Disney cow went to the well one time too many.
Wow some of you people really are pathetic. You couldn’t get to more wholesome kids if you tried, they don’t get drunk, don’t go clubbing, they are just normal kids. They don’t have expensive cars, so what if V bought a new house, you all just sound like jealous freaks.
They were amazing in the movie, its good clean fun for kids and should be viewed as such, some of you people take it too seriously for your own good. If you don’t like it fine, but why waste your time hating on people you don’t know or have no control over. Whatever you say I hope you know its not going to affect them, they will be successful in whichever way they choose to be, they have so much talent and are hard working, two fantastic kids.
I have seen it twice now, and I have to say it gets better each time, both times the theatre was packed with fans of all ages, who all applauded at the end. Best two hours ever!! This movie is going to be huge, pre-sales already support that, and the reviews have been positive, so a few of you are in the minority, must be very sad to be you.
Can’t stand them. Hope the movie is a bomb.

I was at a screening last night and most everyone was talking about her dancing and signing and Zac’s for that matter and how their realtionship (Troy & Gabriella) is the heart of the movie and I live in hard ass New York where no one is impressed with anything.

Uhmmm…let’s just stop the dissing on Nikki B. It’s time to give the girl a break. It’s bad enough for her fans that’s there’s no news about Z seeing her in NY….plus no attendance in Z’s special birthday party…. That’s more than proof that obviously they’re not as close as she claims they are. I think that’s sad for her but I wouldn’t really want to rub it in more on the face of her fans. I totally agree about the comment about Nikki Blonsky. She has way more talent and class than Vanessa could ever hope to have. I wish people would quit bashing the girl. It is not our business what the relationship is between Zac and Nikki. He said that she is one of his best friends and I’m sure he must keep in contact with her. What kind of loser are you? Unless you SAW the movie how do you know whether it is good or not? If you saw it you were curious enough to see it, weren’t you? The people who say it is terrible or disappointing are people who would be saying that no matter what. I was one of the lucky people who got to see it last Thursday when it premiered in LA. It’s fantastic. I intend to see it tomorrow (Friday) around noon. Believe me, once is NOT enough.

I have to say that I can’t help noticing that some of the negative comments are from long-time haters, which makes question me wether they saw the movie or not. No I’m not saying “oh they say they didn’t like it therefore they’re making it up.” I can accept they are people who genuinely didn’t like it. It’s just that when there are people like heather who have made their fair share of negative comments on other threads regarding HSM I have to ask why would you go see it then?
If I don’t like something I don’t spend my time or money on it. For example “Saw V” is also opening this weekend. I happen to think the “Saw” francise is a disgrace to the horror genre. I think they’re cheap, lazy excuses to throw gore at the screen, made by people that don’t have the creatvity or imagination that the good Lord gave a chick pea. So I won’t be seeing the latest installment and will happily leave to those who enjoy that sort of thing.

I agree with you. if people want to bash Vanessa then they have no right telling others not to bash Nikki.
Zac loves Vanessa and people need to support that.
But If Nikki was Zac’s Friend she would know that Zac is in Love with Vanessa.
I don’t think that Nikki and Zac are as close as she likes to think that they are and in Zsc’s own words he spent his birthday with his best friends well you would have thought that would include Nikki especially seeings that other member’s of the HS cast were their.

Everyone know’s that Zac and Vanessa are together wheather you choose to beleive it or like it is everyone’s own choice. But Vanessa has plenty of class, is beautiful and keep her feelings about Zac to herself but just one look at her face when she talks about him says it all, just like Zac face says it all about her and I’m sorry to the Nikki fans but his face just does’nt give the looks and the sparkle in his eyes like it does with Vanessa.
So there is no need to bash Nikki or Vanessa they both have their own identites, both have their good and bad points and most of all are both human who don’t deserve the nasty comments that comes from people who don’t even know them. As I have said before I like Zac but am not daft enough to beleive that he is perefect he has his flaws like anyone else does but he is always given the benefit of the doubt but neither Vanessa or Nikki are’nt and that’s not right.

Because “High school Musical 3: Senior Year” arrives in theaters today, and I know that, like “Grease,” there will many young devotees — especially guys — hesitant to fully divulge their love for the sing-songy, sappy exuberance of it all. They don’t want to be viewed as unhip. They don’t want to be the target of derisive scorn from clueless sourpusses.
I’m here to urge them to give a cold shoulder to the critics. To stand up for their musical rights. To cheer and dance and get their Zac Efron on. And go Wildcats!

Saw the movie yesterday, LOVED it, will be going back many times. Obviously, I loved the troyella scenes the most, for me, they were the heart of the movie and the scenes were so intimate and sweet I almost felt I was intruding into something private.
Anyone that is a hopeless romantic like me will love this. I would have liked a little more varying of the script and plot but the cast interactions made up for it in my opinion, also considering that it is targeted at fans who may not want much drama.
I thought Zac was very good actually with his comic timing. He provided the laughs for me and you can see how much he’d developed as an actor. He and Vanessa carried the soundtrack as well. You almost sigh in relief when it’s their turn to sing. Their duets and solos were my favourites. Their waltz was just magical. I loved it.
I think within the constraints of a disney movie, the entire cast did very well. The dancing was awesome and energetic. The real stars of the movie for me though were Zac and Vanessa and it shows.
I think long after HSM has been forgotten, there always will be Troy and Gabriella. They are set to join the classic lovestories loved around the world.

BTW, people like #100 appear to be suffering from ulcer as a result of all the pictures we’ve seen of Zac and Vanessa since the LA premiere. the only way he/she can vent is to come here and hope that by typing out their illusion, they can get some relief. They are best ignored.
I’m not going to cheapen Zac and Vanessa’s relationship/love by trying to prove to people that it is real. It’s like trying to prove to adults that grass is green.
Anyone that doesn’t get it doesn’t get it and is entitled to their opinion, I’m just baffled why they find it hard to stay away and are always drawn by some magnet to Zac and Vanessa’s pictures to analyse and try to see what they want to see. I would have thought they would dismiss them and go find other celebs to adore, strange kind of attraction.
Anyhow, their love is so evident and so compelling all the more as they don’t talk about it or flaunt it. They just live it and glow in it and it is so beautiful to see even in their imperfection that I’ll rather not taint it with useless arguments that leave a bad taste.
Back to subject matter, they look so tired, bless them. It’s been a whirlwind time in NY for them but also a beautiful time as they couldn’t hide their love in the big apple, pictures from the early show were just love.
I read though that they have a wedding to attend this weekend in Zac’s hometown (one of his relatives in SLO) and on Monday both of them head to Mexico so the whirlwind continues but at least they’ll be on their own in Mexico.
i saw the movie last night too! my best friend got my tickets to a private screaning for my birthday and i have to say that i loved it! yea there were definitely girls screaming like every 10 minutes or so for our man Zac! it was an amazing movie the numbers were bigger as well as the dancer, they really did live up to the expectation of the fans, but yet closed it as the final chapter with a BANG! great job guys!!!!

for those of you who are bashing the movie, i don’t think the hsm franchise has ever set itself up to be anything more than good, clean wholesome fun for kids. just because it made the move to the big screen for this 3rd installment doesn’t mean it is trying to make a bid for oscar gold or any kind of critical acclaim. recognize it for what it is. too bad you felt it was a waste of $10 and 2 hours of your time. i believe you probably set your expectations beyond what the film was offering.

I saw this movie at the HSM3 premier in LA, and let me tell you, what the hell? It was not THAT GREAT. The actual movie sucked. The dancing and choreagraphy were really good, but the storyline and the ending sucked. The movie went by way too fast, I don’t see the big deal. Seriously, the only good thing in this movie was Zac Efron.
The person who is PRETENDING to be a Nikki fan and saying that Zac saw her in NY is NOT a Nikki fan. That person is a Vanessa hater.
If he/she were indeed a fan of Nikki he/she would know Nikki is NOT in NY right now. Has not been in NY for the past month and a half.

And for anyone who says that the critics aren’t raving about the movie you are pathetic. AND if the critics aren’t raving, what would that matter? There are thousands and thousands of fans who say differently and who spends out the money for these films which make them a success or not—the critics or the people who go to the movie? First of all your timing is a bit off-Zac didn’t see Nikki but her dates at Feinsteins in NY didn’t end until Oct. 4 and she and her dad have to be back in Turks by tomorrow. The NY press haver been following Zanessa pretty good-yesterday they ate, hung a bit and left.

I read though that they have a wedding to attend this weekend in Zac’s hometown (one of his relatives in SLO) and on Monday both of them head to Mexico so the whirlwind continues but at least they’ll be on their own in Mexico.

I going to see HSM3 on Saturday( I don’t opening day of movies too many people).
I just heard the London interview with Zac, Vanessa and Corbin. It’s clear that Zac doesn’t consider Nikki a ‘good friend’. Nikki has been exaggerating her “friendship” with Zac for publicity. Wherever she at, I’m sure she feels awful because she has been exposed as a liar and fans have reason to dislike her.

Hey Naomi, how did you get a picture of them behind the scenes at this party? Me like a goof, asked when I saw them leaving the hotel lobby, asked if I could take a picture and missed the opportunity to show how spectacular they looked. Oh, never mind, I see it’s a photo bucket shot…anyway, I should have been at this event…wish I could have been there. I heard they didn’t stay long at this party..;.granted, they were busy from the day they’d arrived, right up to the time they left…luckily they had time to shop being they were right around the corner from some prominent stores…and when they left, around 2pm NY time, they had tons of garment bags and some shopping bags packed into their van with them.
Have tickets to see the movie 2x on Friday. Once with one friend, the next with my kids and 25 of their friends & parents. I’ve had a blast planning our 2nd HSM movie party…the first was a sleepover when HSM2 debuted! This one’s gonna be great! Just hope I don’t embarrass my kids and cry thru the whole thing! Love Zanessa! Thanks Jared for keeping us posted on such a cute couple!!

Thanks so much for posting al the pictures and videos, love the one from NY Zac certainly love’s whispering to Vanessa and it must be pretty swet what he says as she always has a big smile on her face and looks at him so lovingly, now that’s genuine affection, just like when Zac said that Vanessa looked georgous as always his ace was beaming and there was a definate sparkle in his eyes.
I thought that JJ said that Zac did’nt sop for any of the media on the carpet and only for him.
Hope that Zac does get to go home this weekend that would be great for him and what better way to catch up with famil then at a wedding I hope he and Vanessa have a good time and get to relax a bit before heading ff for the final promo dates.
How after watching tmz does it prove that Zanessa are fake, all becuase they would’nt sayanything to them does’nt prove anything when do they ever give the pap’s any reason to print things about them, especialy when all they seem to ask is when they’re getting married to me it looks like they only want them to get married to prove to everyone that they are indeed going out and are really a couple so I say good for them not answering very personal questions like that.
