I can’t believe that Katie thinks it’s okay to dress her child in summer clothing in such frigid temperatures. It shouldn’t matter that Suri might have chosen her outfit or refused to wear anything but the dress. As a mother, you think she would put her foot down and make sure her daughter (who’s only 2 yrs old) is dressed warmly. Look at everyone else in the background… they are donning jackets, gloves, and scarves! That blanket just doesn’t cut it as a substitute for a thick sweater or fall/winter jacket. Some people just have no sense.
