Travis Barker Post-Crash — FIRST PICS
Check out the first pictures of survivor Travis Barker taking his daughter Alabama Luella, who turns 3 in two months, to Marmalade Cafe in Los Angeles on Thursday.

The 32-year-old former Blink 182 drummer showed visible signs of scars and burns on his hands and legs, as he continues to heal from severe burns. Barker and DJ AM were the only survivors of the September 19 plane crash that killed four. Glad to see them back on their feet and getting back to their regular lives –

Wow, first time I’ve seen him with a normal expression on his face, rather than a retarted “I’m bad” look. Maybe this awful experience has changed him for the better.
Oh, god, I wish him well. It’s good they ( Dj A.M. too) survived but they’ll have the physical and emotional scars to remind them of their ordeal.
P.s. Does anyone besides me find it weird that the celebrities survived the crash but not the non-celebrities? Just saying.

Its amazing you both made it out. God was there for you both that day. Thankful that you made it through, we sometimes take life for granted, but in reality we should be more loving and grateful for what we have B/c you just never know!.

Glad to see him back doing normal things with his little girl. It must have been so hard for him, DJ AM and the families and friends of both them and those who were tragically killed.
It is ironic that only the celebrities survived, yes. However, in some situations the emotional scaring is so troubling that through some stages of depression you do wish you had died too. Tragic, but true.
I hope these two get all the support, love and care to ensure a quick and healthy recovery. It’s gunna be a long ride, but with supportive fans and relatives I’m sure they will be ok.

Its not true that you cant tattoo on burns. There was a guy on LA ink that had his arm/s burned badly(i think he was a firefighter or something) and he had them sleeve tattooed. It looked really good.
Theres a certain hollow look in Travis’s eyes that says he has seen hell and come back from it. I hope he’s doing much better…..hug your baby tight! :D
As for the reason why he and DJ AM survived and not the others…well, they were in the back of the plane, while everyone else was towards the front. Sadly.

Poor guy, you can tell by the look in his eye that he is quite distraught over this crash. I hope he is seeking professional help; as someone with innate fear of flying, I know that I would need to talk to someone after something like that.
Hopefully his legs heal up and he can get some skin grafts if necessary. I hate to be gruesome, but fortunately his face was not burned. It might be hard for his little children to fully grasp what happened if their Dad if he came back with a horribly disfigured face. God bless Travis, DJ, as well as the passengers that were lost.
It’s quite a miracle they are ALIVE….just cannot imagine how much suffering is involved with major burning. God bless his soul and the great strength he demonstrates in pulling through this ordeal. Wonder if the tattooing was a help or hindrance with the burn?
When you are a parent of a small child or a grandparent, there is so much inspiration and healing love than can be received from a small earth angel!
Wow, I just look at these photos and thank God he is alive to hold his children again. I feel terrible seeing how badly burnt he is. It is really sad…but a miracle that he survived such a horrific accident. Someone was definitely looking over him and AM.

He is going through a lot and I think the paps should give him a break and let him be.
He looks good but it looks like has lost a lot of weight. He was always skinny to start with but you can tell he has lost quite a bit.

You know those burns were painful…
Our bodies are a temple. Let this be a lesson to those that want to tatoo their whole body. You want to mark up your whole body? Okay, God can make it so your body is scarred for life!
After a really bad experience, nothing feels better than holding your kids. They are a medicine just by being your kids.

HIs tats looked freaky enough… I don’t need to see close ups of his tragic burns.
I wish him a healthy recovery… but hope he realizes that tats and scars are not compatible. It would be dangerous to get tats over the burn scars. The skin is already so badly damaged.
I suggest clothing with tat designs… they call them street “skins”… you get the look.. not the permanent damage.

Well, he got his close up. These celebrities make me sick. I am glad he and DJ are alive but do you really believe his PR didn’t notify of him without bandages? I have a friend in the biz….he says its all about a bunch of **** and who is on the next weekly cover.

He and DJ AM the only survivors of the crash - suffered second and third degree burns on their hands and lower body.Former blink-182 drummer travis barker is still hospitalized for burns he sustained during a horrific plane crash in georgia last month. Barker and DJ AM were the only survivors of the crash, and am has already been released from the hospital.
