Thoughts on High School Musical 3???
High School Musical 3: Senior Year premiered yesterday and JustJared.com wants to know your thoughts on the movie!!!
– Did you like it??? What was your favorite scene in the movie?
– How much acting did Zac and Vanessa really have to do for those kissing scenes? (My guess is not much!)
– What’s your favorite song from the soundtrack? (My favorite is “Just Wanna Be With You”. “The Boys Are Back” and “Scream” are close seconds!)
– Would you watch High School Musical 4 without the new HSM cast members? (That’d be Jemma McKenzie-Brown as Tiara Gold, Matt Prokop as Jimmie “Rocket Man” Zara and Justin Martin as Donny Dion.)

HSM 3 was amazing! I was crying towards the end, partly because it was over, and partly because it was such a happy ending, it was so sad.
The part that especially got me was when Troy gave the reason as to why he was going to go to UC Berkley. I don’t remember the quote completely, but he said something along the lines of “that’s why I’m going to a school that’s 32.7 miles away from the person who has inspired me (Gabriella)”. By then I was just sobbing like a baby.
But Vanessa as Gabriella blew me away. In HSM 2, she wasn’t around enough to do anything special, but she redeemed herself in this one, really stepped it up. I think they could have done more with Gabriella’s aversion to saying goodbye. It was so sad when she called him from Stanford to say she wouldn’t go to prom because she didn’t want to say goodbye again.
Sharpay bored the hell out of me this time around. She was funny in HSM 2, but so lame in this one. It’s like they didn’t know what to do with her. If HSM4 is going to be about a Sharpay vs. Tiara war, then count me out. I wasn’t going to watch it anyway, but a whole movie of Sharpay is just the nail in the coffin for me!
The other characters were great, not as big parts as I expected, but they did great with what they had. The songs were really good, I have had High School Musical stuck in my head all day long, and the dances were cool (loved the waltz). Great movie to finish off the series with a bang!
#718…I agreed with you 100% regarding Vanessa. I think Ashley should reprise her role as Sharpay for HSM4, because she can carry the whole movie by herself. Disney could do HSM4 with Sharpay vs. Tiara, a cat fight for drama, this way it can really show the two characters competing for fame.
Honestly, it wasn’t that good. It was really over-rated and I didn’t find it that interesting. Defiinetly not a movie I would remember.

It was completely and utterly great!! words cannot describe.
I thought the part about Tara being Sharpay’s assistant was way over the top stupid. It was annoying. And I thought the I want it all scene went on for about 20 minutes too long. The whole thing, including Sharpay just didn’t fit into this movie. It worked in her country club setting for HSM2, but not in this one.
i really love it, the two together on screen is really amazing, it is worth spending the money, i cannor wait for dvd release so i can watch it over and over again, esp the waltz
it was amazing and i love whaen zac shakes his hear he lookes so hot and he is so fit!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! i love number 3 the best
I just saw it at the theater — with the most obnoxious 7 year olds sitting right behind me — one kept kicking my chair and another would not shut up the entire time — she was either singing or making loud comments. (Multiplex Cinemas in Vienna VA off Gallows Road)…So, my opinion might be a little clouded by them…Thought it was too long. Not instantly crazy about any of the songs (except maybe the Boys Are Back). DIdn’t like the new characters. Noticed at the very end that Zac immediately dropped Vanessa’s hand (when the curtain goes down) and she immediately grabbed for it!
My 7-year-old liked it….
OMG, HSM3 is magnificent in every single language in the universe!!!!!!!!:) :) :) :) My fave scene was the kissing scene of Zanessa.<3<3<3<3 I was bawling my eyes out when I saw it.<3 I bet that it only took one time for Zanessa to have the perfect kiss to go on the big screen(they probably might have rehearsed it once before it was actually shot). My favorite song is “Can I have this dance?” I might watch it, IDK it depends….

4. Of course, if i saw the first ones withouth them, i can see it again. But without Zac Efron i won’t see it.
I don’t have words to describe HSM 3. Was the best movie off the world. The musics were beautiful and exciting , the dances were incredible and the story was perfect. I ‘m sad because HSM is over but those last 3 years were the best.
1-I loved the movie. I watched 3 times ,it’s very romantic and exciting and Troyella…i don’t know what say. It ’s difficult to say what was the best scene because all the movie was amazing but I think all the scenes off Troyella/Zanessa were the best.especially at the end when Troy said why he is going to UC Berkley. Was very romantic and at the 3 times I watched I cry. And the KISS … that part was very cool too.
2-They, of course , don’t act because they date at the real life so it was normal for they.
3-It ’s difficult because I love all the musics. Like I said first I prefer the Troyella musics.
4-I ‘m not going to watch HSM 4 because HSM is about Troyella ,their relationship and without them don’t make sense watch HSM. And of course Sharpay she is important and funny and if Troy and Gabriella aren’t who she is going to upset?
OMG!! HSM3 is awesome! i lOve Troy and Gabriella Story! they’re so cute!! ^^

1- it was the perfect movie I’ve ever seen. It made me cry because it’s the end for troy, gabriella and the others that we learned to love. But there was no better end for then. Disney best movie, that’s for sure. My favorite scine was the on that they made the dance, waltz, it was too romantic, just like the dream of the girls. just perfect.
2- that kiss was romantic and hot. much better than HSM2’s kiss. I think every girl dreams about a kiss and a love like troy and gabriella’s kiss. It made me feel a shiver, that one that put a smile on your face, the kind of shiver that we feel when we’re happy for someone that we care about. Practice for then was not a problem, but it was for cameras and a lot of people watching it, so they must practice to not get shy.
3- it’s too hard to chose a favorite song, like was to chose the best sciene, but I guess it’s “can I have this dance” its romantic, you almost can feel the souls of the caracters holding each other. But I also like “right here, right now” and “just wanna be with you” is close to “I want it all”.
4- well, without then I watch it of corse, no problem at all. The real “problem” is that the original cast, or part of it will not be there, for our little angels it was the end, troy bolton, gabriella montez, sharpay and ryan evans will not be there anymore, they are now in college, it should be a college musical. without then is not high school musical anymore. I will miss them, they were like the best friends that I wish I had.

Im not sure what my fave scene is, because I loved all of it so much.
I liked when they were singing ‘A Night To Remember’ and Zac was like, “This suit is too tight, it makes me look weird”.
HAHAHHAHAHHAHAHAHAHHA that was HILARIOUS!!! Everyone in the theatre, including me, were laughing x].
But I think one of my fave scenes has to be the beginning when it zooms up on Zac’s face and he’s panting and sweating and… yeah lol. I also liked when in ‘The Boys Are Back’ the little kids that look like Corbin and Zac come out and start dancing. That was SO cute!

But my faves have to be: “Scream”, “Can I Have This Dance”, and “The Boys Are Back”.
I would see HSM4, but Im not sure I would like it as much as the original cast. I LOVE the original cast! I’ve grown soooo close to them, its hard to say goodbye.

i liked it a lot…i think they did a great job with the numbers and zac and vanessa did great….suprised she said the big ‘i love you’ to troy…very emotional. :D vanessa and zac are ADORABLE!!!!! i cried four times!!!! lol
1 fave scene was the treehouse scene ‘robo rob! i am robo rob!’ ‘don’t break!’ haha vanessa was funny with that and zac too.

- I absolutely adored it! It’s the best HSM movie by FAR. I think everyone will enjoy it (: My favorite scene was probably the the Spring Senior Year Musical, because it combined most of the songs from the movie and I liked the prom scene. It was so funny when Rocket Man came and sang with Sharpay! Also I loved EVERY Troyella scene, they were so adorable!
- Haha, I doubt they had to do much acting at all for those kissing scenes ;) But it was so cute, I kept squealing throughout the whole thing! lol
- Hmm, that’s a tough one! I love I Want it All, Scream, Right Here Right Now, Can I Have This Dance, The Boys are Back, and High School Musical. lol, that’s pretty much every song :P
- Yeah, I would. I don’t understand why everyone is hating so much on the new cast members, they were so cute! And I’m not ready for HSM to end anytime soon :) Even though I’ll miss the old cast, I’ll still support the new kids!
i probably won’t see the fourth if i don’t see corbin again. he is my favorite wildcat in the movie and i love the relationship between zac and vanessa. my favorite songs were can i have this dance and were all in this together the grad mix and now or never well i loved the whole soundtrack even though i don’t have it. i want the rest of the songs becasue i have 4 songs already. go wildcats.
1. Okay Im 20 and took my sis and her friends to see it today and I LOVED it. I think I might have enjoyed it more than them. It is definetly the best one yet. The dancing scenes were soo ellaborate and good :) The music was SOO much fun :) If you havent seen it…GO NOW! You will not be disappointed :)
2. The 1st couple of Zanessa scenes were hilarious…ok they were pretty dumb…my sis is 10 and even she cracked up on how dumb they were. BUT as the movie went on they got ALOT better and those two are SOO cute together I hope they last in real life that would be the neatest love story to tell their kids :)
3. My favorite song was “I Want It All” and “Boys are Back.” Probably because I teach dance and they are such cute songs to dance to :) Than again I enjoyed EVERY song.
4. If my sis wants to see HSM4 I would go. BUT it wont be the same without the old cast. I didnt like that new chick to much BUT “Rocketman” was pretty cute and the girls thought he was hilarious :)

HSM3 is the best movie ever!! its the number one world wide movie seller ever since the dark knight in july! (look at zefron.com!) zac was soo hot in teh begining!! it was like 20 seconds of his face!! everyone in the theater was screaming ( i saw it friday 7:30 yay!) and yeling “zac you so hot!!” it was so awesome!!
1. my fav scene in the movie was when troy surprised gabi at stanford and they kissed!! (can i have this dance was really close too)
2. zac and vanessa did NOT need any practicing for the one (WHY ONLY ONE!?!?!?) kissing scene. i even bet they messed up on purpose. vanessa said in an interview that when they kissed the crew started applauding and they didn’t really know when to stop. that why tehy were smiling and di that really small kiss at the end! lol
3. my fav song is can i have this dance! so cute! next would be just wanna be with you, right here right now, scream, high school musical and, well, THEY ALL ROCK!
i will watch hsm4 but it would be different b/c its not the same cast.

Zanfan, this is the first time someone has actually had the courage to criticize the costumes/outfits and I applaud you for that. I really didn’t think much of Gabriella’s prom dress. It was disappointing and not flattering at all. If they had wanted to capture the body movements, all the dresses should have been clinched at the waist, Gabriella’s in particular. You were right about the pom poms and the bland colours didn’t do much for her.
omg it was soooooo good!!!! i love zanessa/troyella sooooooo much my fav scene was alllll the troyella scenes i loved when troy went to visit gabby in stanford and they kissed ahhh it was amazing and the tree house was sooooo cute my fav song was scream and can i have this dance and no i kinda dont want to see the other hsm4 i hate that london girl she bothers me
