Jakes Gyllenhaal is Persia’s Prince
Jakes Gyllenhaal covers up underneath his hoodie and a pair of aviators after landing in London on Monday to pick up filming on Prince of Persia: The Sands of Time.
Lately, the 27-year-old actor has been wearing a lot of hats, hoodies and bandanas on his head lately to cover up his mane of hair.
Sands of Time is set in medieval Persia about the story of adventurous Prince Dastan (Gyllenhaal) who teams up with a rival princess to stop an angry ruler from unleashing a sandstorm that could destroy the world. The film is set to release in May 2010 and also stars Sir Ben Kingsley as Nizam, the angry ruler.

Reggie, I did read the UK Guardian article that is why I mentioned it. It was a tribute to Heath and I found it disrespectful to insult Jake as a “jobbing actor” when it should have just been about paying respects to Heath.
The point is that Annie Proulx appreciated both Heath and Jake’s work in BBM.
As far as Jake’s work goes, besides BBM (brilliant imo), October Sky, The Good Girl, I also think Jake was excellent in Donnie Darko, Jarhead and Zodiac.
Btw, you may want to realize that it was the character of Jack who drapes his arm on the truck when he first see’s Ennis, not Jake. People really seem to confuse the actor Jake with the character of Jack. I think it sometimes is their own ignorant issues with sexuality. Jake is an actor who played a part, he isn’t Jack Twist, Tony Swofford, etc.
I read BBM book after I saw the movie ! Of course, the movie was bit different from the book. If you read the book, you can understand more clearly the movie.
I think the screenwrites wrote Jack Twist story more near the book than Ennis Del Mar and cause this I read silly critics saying Ennis wasn´t gay only Jack! I mean they said Ennis fell in love with a man but it could be a woman while Jack was gay already!
It´s ridiculous cause both were gays and, of course, Jack Twist was much more experient/fever than Ennis.

I read the issue too and I thought people have habit to see only good skills when a person dies . I mean it´s enough someone dies to be the best person in the world.
Alright, I liked Heath in Batman and I think he was great actor but, come on, he was not better than Jack Nicholson as joker. IAnd I still think it´s early to say he deserves the Oscar.
Finally, I felt the same thing you said when the Uk wanted to drop Jake´s job to praise Heath.
Both Enis and Jack were bisexuals since they both got married and had children. Wise up. Enis was happy just to have sex with Jack a few times a year. Jack wasn’t. And so he went to Mexico for more sex on a more or less regular basis.
People use too say that Ennis wasn’t gay….
to me this sound so silly, if he wasn’t gay, why he was attracted by Jack in first place, since the beginning, they look each other….Remember those scene were Ennis fall of his horse… he was so nervous, when Jack try to help him….
Ennis was a gay from beginning, but he obviously blocked his feelings because his past, he constantly lived in fear that someone would known…

Alma was ballast to Ennis … the fireworks scene where he beats up those two cowboys, than he turned to Alma with angry in his look, you can see clearly, that his look was sent to her…

this afternoon, after I watched F-1, I saw TDAT. Some people don´t like this movie. Although it is not my favourite, I like it. Jake was so young and cutie!

I was in Pompei and we can go there several times because every year there are new excavations over there too. In Europa there are only one volcan whose is activ. The Etna in Sicilia!

I went to Europe three times. In 2002, I went to Pompei and Greek Vulcan which name I forgot. It´s amazing! I´d like know Etna too. Maybe someday, I go back to Europe.
But if you like paradisiacs beachs, you have to know Brasil. Here, there a lot of beachs which I´ve never seen anywhere in the world!
About BBM, I´d say this movie is about Juliet and Romeo ‘gay’ (it´s impossible love).

In Brazil is very warn at moment but there are lot of violence over there.
It is really pity! The last time I was there, there was all kind of violence and aggretions.

Are there good beaches in Croatia? I have no idea! All the beaches which I visited in Europe were not beautiful like Brazilians!

I visited a lot of countries but only some cities in some cases (Paris, London). Only, in Italy, Spain, Portugal and Greece I visited more cities cause I stayed there more time. Of course, if I could I´d return every holydays. I visited some countries of South of America, USA and Mexico.
I think you can visit Brasil without problems with violence I mean you must be careful in big cities.
Nowadays, maybe Rio de Janeiro is the most violent turistic city in Brasil but if you want to see beautiful beaches, Rio isn´t exactly the place to visit. Go to island Fernando de Noronha, not violent and paradise in Earth (no more than 400 people can remain in the island). It ´s a natural reserve where you can swim with dolphins, turtles and sharks!

Nowadays Brazil has the same athmosphere of old Africa…or old America with indians…When you go to Brazil you must go like the old explorer with same bodygards etc…
Brazil is a very beautiful country whose can!t find solutions for their social problems.
The poor people believe that they can robber, murder and make terror to another people to become something in their life!
X are right the beautiful beachs of world and nature you can find over there but I don!t know if those places wouldn!t be destroyed in few years.
The tropical forest will be destroyed in 50 years!!!!
