Body of Jennifer Hudson’s Nephew Found

The body of Julian King, Jennifer Hudson’s 7-year-old nephew was discovered Monday in a white SUV on Chicago’s West Side.

Law enforcement sources said that the boy was shot multiple times in the back of the vehicle, with at least one gun shot to the head.

The boy’s stepfather, William Balfour, 27, is currently in the custody of state officials but has not been formally charged.

Our hearts are extended to the entire Hudson family.

I feel so upset. I was hoping he would be found alive..but I can’t believe she has lost 3 family members. It’s tragic. Obviously someone is against their family. I hope they find who it is. My prayers are with her. Stay strong Jennifer!

OMG!!! I was hoping they would find her nephew alive!!! My thoughts and prayers are with Jennifer and her family! I don’t think I would be able to handle all of this if it happened to me! why would someone do this to a child! I really hope Jennifer will be able to go through all of this! This is just to sad and mest up!! :(

This is horrible and I hope they catch whoever did this and they never see daylight again. I don’t know why Jennifers family still lived in this area of Chicago. When you hear of all the shootings and violence it’s coming from this area. It’s a shame the gangs took over the neighborhood, but when you can, you move out. Also, the boyfriend or father in custody has a past criminal record. When will women learn that they can’t bring criminals around their family and kids? The kids come first, and this little beautiful boy deserved better.
